How long should I run hgh? and dosage?

I am reading some seriously different shit about the dosages.

I have never done hgh and I am ready to give it a shot. How long should I run it? I am hearing 12 weeks from some people and as long as 24 weeks from others.

Back to dosages..... Again, I am hearing some seriously varied claims on what dosage to take. I am thinking 5iu per day should work well right?

OK, I have heard that running test with it is good, someone else told me to take 40mgs of dbol 25 days on 25 days off to keep from suppressing natural test production to much.

Any experience anyone has had would be greatly appreciated. Sorry about the 400 pg book...

Ok, I have never personally taken HGH but will soon. I've done a ton of research and spoken with some very reputable HGH users. It really depends on what you want to do with it. Most of the guys recommend starting at a lower dosage around 2IUs per day. Some guys see spot fat reduction in as little as 2 weeks, but everyone is different. You can continue on this cycle for as long as 6 months. 1 month or even 2 month cycles don't seem nearly as worth it.

On the other hand, if you're looking for the hyperlasia effect (more size due to added muscle cells) then you need to dose it at at least 6IU per day.

As far as the side effects, most guys don't see too many side effects at the 2iu-4iu range. nThe most common report is that guys feel "sleepy" for the first couple weeeks. I think that's the GH trying to get your body back into it's healthy state. We all know the more sleep you get the more your natural GH goes to work for you. However, starting at 5iu or 6 iu ED may bring on some uncomfortable side effects. Overall body pain is common among the people I talked to along with severe joint pain. This should work itself out over time if you can hang in there.

So, overall, no matter what you're looking to do, it seems best to start at a low dose and work your way up. You look like you're under 40 so a 4-6 month cycle should do you good. I hear if you're over 40 you can benefit greatly by being on year round. But, that's gotta get expensive.

12 weeks is to short. You need to be on it minimum 6 months. I'm doing 2.5iu 5on 2 off for 6 months now. The longer you do it the higher the benefits.

2.5iu will help with weight reduction, better skin, good sleep, helps recovery.

5iu will help build more muscles.

I don't recommend doing above 5iu, but it's your body. The higher the dosage, the more side effects.
