How long to run Winny?

Even when I am on test, if I go longer than 6 weeks with Winny my joints start to make me feel 20 years older.
 
I wouldn't go any longer than say 8-10 weeks. Just take it in moderation of around no more than 2-250mg per week. I took it for 10 weeks during a cutting cycle a few years back along with fina, prop and eq. Never really did care for it though.

Thanks for the reply guys. I wanted to began running Winny around 8 weeks out. I'm currently 9 weeks and 3 days out.

With Winny I'd run Test, Eq, Tren, GH, T3, Clen and proviron. Four weeks from contest I'd be running Masteron, Anavar, GH, T3 and Clen. I hear how Winny makes the joints which I'm hoping to avoid as I want to continue my heavy training to keep some thickness.

Oh I have the 50mg Winny tabs so this would equal 350mgs per week. Is this too much which could cause joint or other problems?

Also I hear running Winny with Masteron and or Tren or all three shows a great look, if the body fat is low.

Syd Group, you mention you used Winny during a cutting cycle and did not care much about it. Any reason why? Is Winny more hype than anything?

This will be my first time using Winny.

50 mg should be fine for oral. Most people don't care for the joint pain with win. not so much the results. How do you like Tren ?........11

I love Tren 11. Last year I used Tren, Clen, T3 and Halos. That's all I used and I got good results with just 10 weeks of dieting. In fact, when I run Tren I drop Test to get that extra lean look.

Test makes me look too smooth. Right now I just stopped using Test and running Eq in it's place. I have not dropped any muscle and I'm getting much leaner by the day.

Currently I'm running GH (2IU's a day-all i can afford); T3 -two tabs for three weeks and then drop to 1 tab a day; Eq 400mgs per week; Tren 300mgs per week; Clen ( two weeks on two weeks off).

My conditioning is looking good and I already have very visible abs and I'm nearly 240lbs. I should come in around 220 or 225lbs for the show. That will be 6 to 11lbs bigger than last year.

In a week I will began Winny as this will be my first time using Winny. I'll run Winny for 8 weeks out and with four weeks out I'll run Masteron and Anavar. Probably drop the Eq.

You are going to get a lot of input from a lot of different people.

And I'll be one of those people...here are a few things I would tweak your regiment with:

Add test now!! Use prop to kick start or front load cyp or enan. Since you hold water on test...if you decide on the longer chains, cut them out 3 weeks before juniors. If using prop, your last shot should be that sunday (6 days out). Holding water in and of itself isn't necessarily bad. But you might want to toss some arimidex in to minimize estrogen conversion. (I have used over 1gram/week with some arimidex and had no bloat. Bigger and leaner than I have ever looked and DRY as hell!)
Keep the EQ throughout...don't drop it or switch it up for test. (As mentioned...use test AND Eq)
Winnie - ouch!!! I will ONLY use this for shows and for very short periods. My joints lose love around 4 weeks. ( I go between 50 an 100 mg/day). I would run for the last three or four weeks.
Drop the Gh about 3 weeks before the show. (By this point, you should be pretty close to being in show shape, so the added fat burning effects and muscle building properties won't help much for the remaining 21 days).
Again, this is just my two cents.

just remember that the last 4 weeks before your show are very very important and also the most toxic, but the last 4 days are that much more important when you carb up and blow water late the night before and the morning of. T3, clenbuterol, and highly anabolics as well as halotestin should be exploited to their fullest potential during this time. Drop off test around 4-6 weeks out. Remember to try and get at least partially potassium (K) sparing diuretics. Remember that you can go to the vitamin store and get potassium and magnesium supplements so you do not cramp after diuretic implementation. Suspension is a good addition from 7-10 days out of the show depending how much water you are holding. If you get your sodium load and water right you shouldn't have a problem and should be crisp and dry as can be.
As for your question winny didn't suit me well really. I used upjohn V and it just gave me awful joint pain. It wasn't that bad as a cutter but is a must for contest prep. Best of luck PM me if you have any more questions.

john_phillips, thanks for the info. Any reason why I should drop GH 3weeks out? I was thinking of dropping GH 10 to 14 days out but I can do 3weeks.

I tend to be conservative with my timing. Some say you can run it a lot later.

I know that after 16 or 20 weeks of strict dieting, I would rather lay off certain things a little early rather than take the chance of coming in a little "off". I place higher when I compete lighter....if that makes sense. I like to ensure that my body is tight and dry when I walk on staget. You can take the chance, but I like to know I have allowed ample clearance time.
