How low can you go on HCG without atrophy?

We know from Andrea D. Coviello's work that you can combine low dose HCG with exogenous testosterone and maintain sperm creation. At 250 units 3x week, intratesticular testosterone was 100% of normal levels. At 125 units 3x week, intratesticular testosterone was about 50% of normal levels.

In the following study in rats, 20% of normal intratesticular testosterone maintained normal sperm creation so 125 IU SHOULD be plenty in theory. Has anyone went this low and not experienced atrophy or low sperm count? I would like to keep HCG to a minimum because I feel weird on it.

125iu should work, but I would guess not at full efficiency. There's no data I found for or against people staying fertile at that dose. The data seems to say that 100% of normal intratesticular testosterone is necessary for full sperm production. Lower ranges have lower results that also have a huge variance.

You could always get an analysis done, and another 4 months into trt. 125iu should save you from the majority of atrophy, making bounce back easier if you wanted to up the dose to 250+. Tons of guys here have come back from years of cycling to being fertile with HCG.
