A GH and fat loss protocol (rhGH lipolysis) that is science-based

Funny, I have the same thumb issue on rHGH. At its worst, if I move it first thing in the morning without thinking, if feels like I’m dislocating it lol.
ALA, or better r-ALA, and taurine combined with forcing a gallon water into my system a day resolved my hand pain as I adjusted to hgh.
Have you done something specifically to bring that number down? Or has it been a result of HGH?
Glp1 drugs are miraculous for it. For me personally low dose sema has radically fixed my inflammation problems in under a year.

Thanks I'll look into those 2 supplements.

I was on Reta for about 8-10 weeks but the sides at 4mg were too much - allodynia, body aches, and joint pain. I quit and within 10 days I was back to normal. I'm now on week 3 of 1mg (really just taking it to manage BG from HGH) and so far I'm side effect free. No appetite suppression which sucks though. However the biggest benefit has been that the slower gastric emptying has relieved me of horrific protein farts. Prior to Reta it was just something I dealt with and as soon as I started they went away. Stopped reta, they came back. But thankfully even at 1mg they're completely gone. It's worth it for that alone.

As for all the other old injuries. Check your HS-CRP next time you get bloodwork.

Each time I’ve gotten it to go down, I’ve had a dramatic reduction in pain from old injuries. Like night and day from my high of 3.0 a couple of years ago to my current 0.4. Wish I had discovered that sooner.
Wait, how’d you get your HS-CRP down?

Your BG control on reta at 1mg is close to 0

Mix all 3 up and pin it, all the best of each, right? :D
Heh, that'd be one thing.. [there's actually some use cases for combining, e.g., semaglutide and tirzepatide but I digress]...

But if you mix oil and water, like gear and peptide in the same syringe… I cannot help but look down on you with the UTMOST disdain :D:

From How to do a steroid stack:
Oh yeah, well I’m saying that shouldn’t be done, not the least of all because it’s fucking junkie level disgusting. You use puddle water to reconstitute?
Strong opinion!

I'm still struggling to understand how this protocol doesn't raise the risk of insulin resistance. Namely because it says it's ok to eat 1 hour before or after pinning.

I'm far from an expert but everything I read prior to this thread said I shouldn't eat for 2-3 hours on either side of the injection. Meaning, if I'm going to inject at 8am, I need to finish my breakfast by 5am or 6am, and the safest earliest time to eat after injection would be 10am or 11am. Was what I read wrong? Or does this protocol add an increased risk of insulin resistance?

If there is no additional risk, I'm considered doing the following:

8:30am - 4IU injection
9:30am - breakfast
11:00am - workout
12:30pm - eat a big post workout meal

For BG control I'm currently doing 500mg of berberine with breakfast (but I'm reading I should probably increase that to 500mg 2-3 times throughout the day with other meals) and 1mg of Reta a week.

Type-iix himself suggested that you should ideally eat 90' before injecting, possibly.
2.5h workout and then, 4.5h after pinning having your meal.

To cite him: It's in the book, and in this thread too!

Ok, I'm only 20% through the threads so still reading. I came across some discussion from him and others saying that what I stated above would work, so maybe it changes later in the conversation.

My schedule won't allow for the timeline you described, unless I train fasted, which never works out well for me. Hmmm

Hello all, I'm about 15 pages into this thread. From a complete noob like myself there is so much conflicting opinions, studies ect on timing GH for optimum fat loss. On top of that I'm trying to comprehend what's being discussed.

Anyways, I'm a high rise crane operator. I work all sorts of shift, days, nights, 8-12 hours days depending on the needs of the client. I'm currently pinning 100mg Test C and 3mg Reta twice weekly.

I practice intermittent fasting, besides coffee my first meal of the day is after I get home from a 10 hour shift. I eat, then 3-4 hours later hit the gym then go to bed.

I want to start HGH, starting at 1iu and working my way up to 4iu as quickly as my body can tolerate.

My original plan was to pin 2iu in the morning fasted and then go to work.
-when should I take my second shot of 2iu? After work I eat, chill for 2-3 hours, gym then sleep.

I know I've read here that one large dose in the morning is ideal but I've also read that 2x <2iu shots spaced apart is ideal for fat loss.

Any insight is much appreciated. Thanks!

Take 2 iu for 6 weeks and check your igf1. No need to take HGH if your levels are good.

Make sure you buy a glucose meter and check your fasting blood sugar. HGH can make you insulin resistant and diabetic.
