You’re suggesting this guy (who has no business touching steroids) to run 700mg/wk of tren? Think before you post dude. WtfI was skinny ectomorph but I had fat lower belly fat especially I am 1.90cm however it's about 6'1-6'3
Anyway my first cycle I was running
250mg test e
100mg tren ace eod (increasing as the weeks go by and i didn't had side effects the cycle ended with 100mg ed)
I was eating everything and I mean everything clean and dirty I was also very hungry all the time
I was eating 5.000 kcals a day as a standard and some times more some times a little less
By then of week 12 or 14 I dint remember well I was a completely different person
I had added 12kg solid lean mass that stayed with me even when I come off cycle (I just lost the tren look)
12kg solid lean mass was very impressive but the most impressive was I was also lost a ton of bf I think about 2-4%
By the end I was an animal all ripped and with way to much mass veins everywhere skin attached to the muscles and all the good stuff
I reccomend you the same cycle and just adjust your calories to your needs
And if you're ectomorph eat everything !!!

I always like to help out a fellow ectomorph.
I would pretend like gear doesn't exist for you yet, Work out 5 days a week and eat everything in sight. If you're really around 15% BF, And actually a hard gainer ectomorph, Stay the coure and only dial back calories if your BF gets out of control.
You want to get much closer to your genetic potential before tryint any AAS. Steroids only create an environment where building muslce can happen faster. They are not magic. Your diet, Training, And discipline have to be on point first.
I was around 170-175 natty. When. I did my first bulk natty I used stronglifts 5x5 and it was good. I didn't count anything I just ate my ass off although my job can get pretty physically demanding. You may need to up intensity or volume to get your metabolism going. You also need to eat everytime your stomach clears, 2-4 hrs. If you wait too long you will go catabolic which will just fuck everything up.Strength training programs mostly all 3 days a week though. I am currently increasing strength maybe once I gained strength I will switch to 4 days a week hypertrophy upper lower body with legs twice a week or 5 days split like you suggested.
