well if time on = time off, 2 would be safe. some people are on all year. some only do a maintenance cycl every 1 to 2 years. but a safe max would be 2.

It depends on how long you cycles are. 6-8 week cycles you ahould the 3 every year. long cycles 12-16 weeks should be limited to 2 a year.

At 6-8 weeks, you could do 3-4 cycles. 10-12 weeks, 2-3. 16 or longer, 1 or 2.

I do 2 10-16 week cycles per year. I give myself plenty of time to recover.

YEAH, me too, just one cycle 52 weeks long!

I limit it to one a year, but if the juice holds out, it's a 40 week cycle.
