How many HARDCORE METAL fans at Meso?

I love a good, hard, but "friendly" if you will mosh pit, where everyone is having a good time and not trying to hurt anyone... There's always drunk guys or guys being disrespectful and trying to hurt someone... I usually roll with a few friends, and my friends are pretty big, confident dudes and we are very CLOSE... It's great because we can watch each others backs and for the guys that are looking for pain, it's one of the few great times in life when you can give them EXACTLY what they're looking for.;)

Hell no. I hear exactly what you're saying there. I wasn't one of those dudes either. Clean and classy metal head here. Fuck the "look". I really hate the weird cousin it seemed to grow into, that gothic/emo type shit... Those people are just screaming for attention and are not related to metal, in my opinion anyway.
 
AINT NOTHING LIKE OLD SCHOOL TEXAS METAL. THESE GUYS ARE OUT OF EL PASO. I SEEN THEM AT A FREE SHOW AT THE COUNTY FAIR. THEY FUCKING SHREDDED IT IN THE 90'S. ALSO KICKED IT WITH PANTERA IN THE LOCAL SHOWS.

Dino is also on guitars on one of the death metal bands in that long list, Brujeria.
They aren't great, everything is in Spanish. They have a fun song called "Matando Gueros" I think it means kill white people. I'm not offended, it's some tongue in cheek novelty type shit. Brujeria is Spanish/Mexican for "witch", that song is their "one hit wonder" if you will.

Yeah man, I go to a ton of underground, diy punk and hardcore shows and the pits can get pretty wild but they are always, always, always respectful and when people fall, there will be 3 people there to pick them up. Im always amazed when I go to bigger shows at real venues and see some of those goons in the pit actively trying to hurt people. Ive pulled those kind of asswipes to the side and told them they are doing it wrong and need to take it easy or there is going to be problems.
 
Now this is my kind of shit right here bro. The lead singers of Disturbed an System of a Down come together to rip this shit up. Im sure you've heard of it but if not...its a must listen to!!!!
 
Disturbed was another awesome band in their time. Wicked talented.vocalist. it's a shame it over. All good things must come to an end I guess

If I had to only choose 1, Disturbed would take my vote. Your right, its a shame they are done. Infact im going to put on a mix of Disturbed at the gym today. That always helps to get the blood movin lol.
 
Can't say I know many, other than the major names, of these bands - but I'll take any of them over the whining metrosexual fag bands that they have on a recorded loop at my Gold's gym.

Christ, it is testosterone-depleting to have to listen to those guys. They probably weigh 130lbs wet, and are compensating for lack of male qualities by not shaving - yes, the misery is shown on screens too. Ugh.

Closest I know, and like, to OP's genre would be bands like Aerosmith, AC/DC, Metallica and so on, all probably total wuss bands by your standards. :-)
