How much B12 is too much? Can I still benefit from taking it if I get enought from diet?

I eat very large amounts of eggs, beef, chiken, cheese and sometimes beef liver, so I get plenty b12.

I wanted to brew myself a sort of "Lipo-C" stack, also to loose fat but mostly for more energy and better cognitive function.
The blend would also contain 200mcg/ml of vitamin b12 (along with other stuff), I would do 1ml a day, is that safe for long term use? or would I even benefit from more b12 since I probably get like 20-30mcg from diet

Some B12 shots from pharmacies have a ester, also called b12 depot. They slowly release over time and contain 1mg, you can safely take 1 shot a week. Been doing that and keep my levels slightly above reference range.

if you take a tad to much , you'll just piss it out, , IMG_2161.webp

It's funny that this topic came out. Got my bloodwork results from last week. I'm at 1200pg/ml, showing at high... I guess I'm not pissing enough of it?

i noticed the other threads you started, ime/imho if your taking to many "unnecessary " medications, it often times is hard to know what is working and what is not, , ymmv
I'm only taking tirzepatide and a bunch of basic supplements (omega 3, vitamin d3, vitamin k2, vitamin C, creatine, taurine, etc)
I'm looking to build myself a stack so I'm kinda looking at everything that's out there before making my decision
