How much can ya curl

Too objective of a movement to compare with others lol...

Unless you're talking strict on the wall, people can swing, and otherwise use body language to get it up..

Harder to do that on the big 3..my best strict curl is 105, I've used some cheat to curl 155 at a bodyweight of 180..

True I'm used to pretty good form so no swing but if I was against the wall it might drop.
 
Only thing I really swing a little is my hammer curls but that's because I go fucking nuts with the weight I'm at 5 with 70 for my max then drop to 40-50 again for rep out no swing.
 
I have hit barbell curls at 155 for 3x7 strict. I have done power curls at 185 3x3. I rarely train biceps directly these days. I will get back to it since I am developing some imbalance between my bi's and tri's.

Yeah I've been hitting arms in general hard the last few months and they seem to like it tbh almost every day only 3 days off a week haha and I go 7

My arms are one of the easiest body parts for me to grow. I have to use heavy weights in the 3 rep to really get them to grow. So like 10x3 with 2 45 one each side of easy curl bar and I superset it with skull crushers. I am actually on my to train my smaller muscle groups today.

That's good man it's pretty easy the way I do it I just do less more often and I have a day for arms now too In and out in 30 min!

I need to get some direct work to my biceps. I powerlifter so I tend to neglect the biceps which ends up giving some elbow tendonitis.
