How much cardio is too much on DNP?

Anyone have any ideas about that? Don't want to do more harm than good by doing too much cardio.
 
From what I've read (which is anything I can dig up), once the product kicks in you may not have the energy for cardio....at least if you go with higher dosages. Although I've heard that people taking a DNP/Clen/T3 stack with the DNP not exceeding 200mg/day, don't suffer the same sides (massive sweating, lethargy) as those who take the stuff by itself and dose up to 600mg.

As suggested in another post: ask Heretic, the resident DNP Guru. He might have better answers based on experience. I only know what I've read in preperation for my own experiments.
 
last winter i did 400mg dnp, 120mcg clen, and 50mcg t3 for 8 days, with no cardio or training but i was on a real strict diet with only oats, egg whites, chicken breasts, green veggies, 1 tbsp flax oil, and 2 cans of v8 juice. i lost over 10 pounds and never looked leaner.

I am on day 16. the first 5 i ran 600 mg ed and since then have gone from 400/600/400/600. It has just about whipped me and I think today is my last day other than a few 200 mg days. The shortness of breath is what really sucks along with the sweating all the time. I still have some ephedra based product and seem to be able to run forever on it. I already got H's reply, just looking for as many as I could get.
 
On a daily dose of 200mg of DNP, I haven't had any problems doing cardio. Usually I run 2.5 miles 3-4 times a week. So far the only effect of adding DNP is that my average time has gone up by 2 minutes even though I feel like I'm pushing myself harder than ever. I also sweat a lot more - sometimes when I finsh, my t-shirt is completely soaked.

I've done 400mg cycles before without any cardio and still lost a good amount of weight. But running a lower dose of DNP and adding cardio seems to be ripping the pounds away even faster.
 
Im a high level College soccer player and I was taking up to 400 mgs DNP with ALA, Multi-vitamin, and tons of water for 14 days of pre season. This was due to the heavy weight training i did in the off season and hmmmm drinking. So i had a long haul. We did two a days for 2 weeks at 2 and half hours a session, and i was scratching by , but i was gettign through it. The results were unbelievable though.:) as you can imagine. After pre-season and DNP i was down from a 5.0 40 yard to a 4.58:) and i am the fittest kid around. So maybe its because im young , maybe it isnt safe, but it can be done...........
water and gatorade were key in the DC heat
Either way it was my health or my scholarship.

The point is it can be done
