Why are you here? Ive see your numbers, youre weak as fuck. Been working out 20 years and your max squat is 310? Max bench is 250? Those are warm up sets. Youre not a powerlifter. You gotta have power for that.
Step your training up. If you spent more time lifting and less time talking you might get somewhere.

A few weeks ago, you spent a lot of energy being abusive, arrogant and with total lack of empathy for a Chinese woman who was just doing her job. I didn't find it very funny what you did to her. You had a lot of fun in being a spineless toad.

But what I did find fun was that when you were exposed to your own medicine - an abusive, arrogant and empathy-less way of handling your situation - you couldn't handle it.
