How much fiber do you get?

curious what everyone here is doing in the way of fiber. I supplement with fiber powder a couple times a day, but I am thinking I may not be getting enough. I have to eat more veggies I know, but even when I get my veggies in I still am border line constipated and bloated all the time.
 
Ya metamucil if I remember to take it. Corn does right by me. Has me blasting kernels at the porcelain come mornin time. Coffee seems to keep me regular but i still get constipated. I know im not taking in enough fiber
 
I've upped my fiber to three heaping teaspoons of equate brand physilium husk three times a day, plus upping my veggies some. I may try the coffee. I'm not normally a coffee drinker, but have heard many people say it helps in that department.

This^^^ did right by me. Feel good and digestion felt quicker
