14 weeks in on my first cycle and My bench has gone from 315 to ~375, so I'd say gear helps a little.
Ive been all the way down to 100lbs when I was using recs. Anything I could put in me to get a high I would. Shooting up Crystal meth, herion, downing a hand full of pills using whiskey to chase them down an using beer to chase the whiskey smh. I've been very close to ODing multiple times. I'm so fucking glad I got away from that shit before I wound up in the pen or dead!!

Meth, H, adderall, roxys, 190proof liquor, and dank bud was my daily remedy so I know what you mean brother. I never got into IV use though I smoked and snorted everything. Glad to hear you're on the good path brother skull.
Thanks man. Ya I left that life behind me almost a decade ago. Its going on 8yrs for me clean an sober. Honestly this is the best I've ever felt an hell I'm 31. I live the family man life now days an don't regret it one bit. Honestly they saved me from a life of tragedy. I'm truly greatfull for that. Now its time to get big an strong lol

That's why I said you had to be extremely lean. But even more believable if you were emaciated. I have gained 20 pounds in a weekend from that state.
