So I'm planning on using 18-20ius for my offseason but when transitioning to prep does the dosage change? Last couple weeks of prep I'll probably switch to genotropin to make sure I don't hold a lot of water but wondering what's your guys input.

From my experience it’s fine to use more during the first half of prep, but when trying to come down in weight to make a certain class you may find that you’ll need to taper down. I’ve coached several competitors who were struggling to drop weight and once we exhausted most avenues cardio and diet wise there was no choice but to taper down with HGH to get some of the scale lbs moving down, then of course we eliminate HGH the last 30 days before taking stage, since it does hold fluid

I see, I hear some people say genotropin doesn't hold water technically in some people because of the diruretic inside of it which is why I said the last couple weeks to just switch to that instead

Not sure on that one, most competitors I know are dropping HGH a month out, this much I do know

I agree. Most that don't follow this protocol that I've seen on the boards and have chatted back and forth with are often inexperienced in stage bb comp (like only 1 show hoping for a second) and they need better guidance.

How many years have you coached? Did you compete yourself?

Personally, I do hold water an almost any amount of HGH but I've never competed in BB, only in PL hundreds of years ago.

For about the past 12 years or so. Don’t work with ppl in person, just diet, training and gear protocols online. I used to compete, yes, back before all of the different classes such as classic and physique (which honestly I like the look of classic better than open nowadays myself)

The diuretic in genotropin is waay lower than the dose used clinically for diuresis. Orders of magnitude.
