How much test prop and anavar to hold muscle while deficit of 900 calories and t3?

I'm running a 900 calorie deficit (I already count on the cardio I do, not counting the cardio I'm running a 500 calorie deficit), and I'm also using 120mcg of clen and 100mcg of t3. I am using 420mg of test prop a week and 75mg of anavar a day, do you think this dosage of sugar is enough to hold the muscle?

This is a mostly unanswerable question, but that is a SUBSTANTIAL amount of metabolism oriented drugs. I would highly advise you change course, but in my time here, that’s rarely what happens.

If you’re worried about muscle loss, tren is the king IMO. I dont advise anybody use tren, but this is what it’s best at. However, no anabolic is going to hold off what a large t3 dose can strip.

had read that large doses only from 125mcg or high. He didn't know that 100mcg was already considered big
 
Maintenance dosage for hypothyroidism is 25-50mcg...youre 2-4x that already. ost people would be jittery messes at 120mcg of real clen (another concern you should have) You have no reasonable headroom on the drugs.

The idea that you you need a full blown cycle just to maintain muscle is, frankly, hilarious. A TRT dose is more than sufficient to maintain along with the usual (high protein intake + sensible training) unless you're a) beyond genetic limits or b) cutting down to prep levels of bf%.

T3 is indiscriminately catabolic. Burns through everything. Cut it down to a replacement dose and never go beyond.

Also, I strongly recommend you do not start at 120mcg for clen. Asking for a lot of trouble. Start at 20mcg and steadily titrate up every 3-4 days, if you can tolerate it, until you hit 0.8mcg/kg of bodyweight. Do not go beyond what you can tolerate.
 
Most people with some muscle mass on them will respond from 75mcg and higher to use t3 as a burner.
At 50mcg is suited best on an advanced for protein synthesis on a blast.

However, you're totally wrong using 100mcg T3 and 120mcg clen.
That's high dosages for your development and your body composition you have at the moment. You seem inexperienced by the dosages you're taking both anabolics and burners.

The general idea in a cutting cycle and a fat loss regiment is to start with very simple and low dosages. Is a long process especially if you have a lot of body fat to lose , there's no fast way around it, even if you lose the fat you will have loose skin.

You start a basic blast 500 test 500 mast/eq/deca/tren/primo whatever anabolic.
Your body composition start to change with the correct diet and you'll lose fat.
When you stuck you add lets say 50mg of anavar.
You progress further , then you stuck , you add a burner low dosage. etc etc

If you do it that way I'm 100% sure that you wont have to run those crazy dosages of burners.
 
Seems like you’re searching for the easy way out and just trying to rush it for summer beach season. If you don’t care about your heart health, by all means, do what you have planned. My advice would be to stop watching gymshark douchebags on YouTube and work on your self image instead of destroying your heart with high T3, high Clen and Anavar usage.
 
Everything about this is wrong. You need to up your calories and put the t3 and clen away. You’re going to end up looking like a Holocaust survivor with Parkinson’s. Save the clen and t3 until after you’ve stalled with cardio and your you’ve pushed your calories pretty low over time. What’s going to happen is you’re going most likely end up fatter after your crash diet protocol with less muscle than you started because you’ll end up binging like crazy. You have no idea what you’re doing. What’s up with people and automatically jumping to every drug they can afford? The drugs are not a base, they shouldn’t be important, they are supposed to be supplemental as a boost to everything else youre doing. Stop buying drugs and hire a good coach or atleast buy a good diet and training plan. You’d get more out Meadows or Jordan Peters site than you will out of everything you’ve listed. Hell but Scott Stevenson’s be your own bodybuilding coach or Chris Acetos diet and training book for like 10bucks. Shelby Starnes has a sale on his website for his books. Spend your money on shit that will actually benefit you in the long run for your goal. These labs should make people fill out a questionnaire before they can order.
