The issue was eating, i’m afraid of face fat, but now im out of school for 4 months so i dont really care, i wasn’t tracking anything that was my issue.

I just need fast results man, girls always call me skinny and im lacking the body halo.

I sacrificed my pretty boy looks years ago, around 1 year into uni. best decision I have ever made. My face looks so much more distinct now.
get a bit fat, get muscular, as long as your eye area/shape and brows are good you will be fine.
(that and nose, jaw & teeth)

Also, at 69kg 185 you are skinny. They call you skinny because you are. I was a walking talking spaghetti at 174 68kgs when I was 15. also afraid of getting fat.
The best thing to do is to grow tf up and start eating. Women appearently dont like you anyway, so why not learn to love yourself, get jacked and become a decent, interesting person (who suddenly gets a lot more appealing because he is not a insecurity ridden unserious mess anymore)
Gear wont help you, you already proved that it does not.
Eat you food, Lift like you mean it, and shut up about increasing gear.

Maybe go visit a clinical psychologist. might help you pinpoint the real issues you got going on.

Yeah. Its awesome being jacked and feeling jacked.
Its not awesome to have other people looking at you differently because you are jacked. The attention is not all that it is made up to be, it feels a bit hollow once you get it.
You realize that you want more muscle and fewer people looking, but you will only understand that once you are at that point. The realization will probably crush you, seeing as combating your own issues of insecurity with vanity upgrades to farm your peers for attantion seems to be your only coping mechanism.

In a sense, all you are doing is massive cope.
As a teenager I just wanted to jerk off and play league of legends.
Boooo, league sucks. GTA is a better game to waste your teenage video game hours on.

Just like this guy, I thought I had to be skinny to get girls, so to make myself hate my life even more I used to play league. Got to 1.33% of EUW in 2017.

In all seriousness, I do see myself in my 14-16s in this guy, which actually worries me a lot, cause while I played league he is taking drugs and getting surgery.

Disagree. You have a major misunderstanding of what's happening here.

You require a long-term goal to become more athletic, and you need to make a fair deal with yourself about it. You need to understand what it's going to take to achieve it. Put a plan in place, set your shit up etc, just like any other goal. You're a university student. You know how to set goals and drive for them. This is no different. If you don't enjoy lifting weights, just fuckin forget about this altogether. All you're going to do is damage your health and be disappointed in the end.

Set a goal and work towards it, longterm. Say something like "by the end of this year, I want to get my 3 main lifts up by whatever weight is reasonable" and focus on that. You'll get bigger, stronger. You'll gain all kinds of self-confidence along the way just by showing up for yourself in pursuit of that goal on a regular basis. That will help you build that self-confidence which is really what attracts women.
Knowing in your heart that you're a true closer; that's what radiates outwards and makes women trust you enough to let you peel one off onto their foreheads or whatever it is you kids are doing these days.

You have the wrong idea of what is happening out here, my dude. You aren't going to find any shortcuts to self-confidence. It's going to take work and it's going to take years. Find an avenue that matches your personality.
