Doesn't that just mean it takes less GH for you to get the same results as someone else?Im jealous!!! I want the benefit of higher GH but at 2iu/day my IGF is 531 and Z-score of 3.3. So had to lower my dose for daily use.
How long could I run higher GH knowing my z score and igf is going up? 43yo
Haven't been able to find good information specifically tied to excessive soft tissue growth and cycling GH due to elevated z-score...
I dont need bigger feet or want a larger forehead either, lol
Hard to say. I don't have any negative side effects at least. I've been bulking and haven't gained really any fat, but I've also been on tren so I'm not sure if it's the HGH helping with the minimal fat gain or the tren lol.How are things feeling? Can you "feel" any difference
No. GH converts into IGF. Means less GH overall. IGF doesnt measure GH. Thats why there is such a huge difference in IGF for people on the same dose. If I remember correctly liver is responsible for producing IGF from GH. Depends on how ur liver responds. IGF is great for muscle growth but circulating IGF doesnt even directly correlate to what your muscle levels are. GH is a bit of a shit show when trying to test levels vs its actual effectiveness. Plus high IGF is a great indicator of developing insulin resistance. So for me to get the benefits of higher GH not IGF is a bit of a shit show to manage.Doesn't that just mean it takes less GH for you to get the same results as someone else?
I've seen a lot of discussion here about Tren lowering IGF-1 levels for people on HGHHard to say. I don't have any negative side effects at least. I've been bulking and haven't gained really any fat, but I've also been on tren so I'm not sure if it's the HGH helping with the minimal fat gain or the tren lol.
Also the weird thing is that despite being on 5-6 IU for the last couple months my IGF-1 is even lower than my baseline natty levels, so again I'm not sure if the HGH is doing anything
Ya..... I'd love to use Tren. But Im nowhere at a level that I could or should use it. I mean in all reality sticking to Test and Gh is what I should do... but the esthetics and feels of Primo and masterone are fantastic. Even messing with low dose Deca and EQ is more than I need or can use at the moment and all these items have heath effects and/or need to take a bunch of meds and supps to balance. If I was 100% about health it would only be test and low dose GH. I'd be lying to myself otherwise.I've seen a lot of discussion here about Tren lowering IGF-1 levels for people on HGH
I get trigger fingerYou use HGH only twice a week? Doesn't seem like it would do anything at that point
I tried 2 iu ed before as well as 3iu ed. Massive trigger finger that wouldn't quit. Still getting the finger with 2x, but i describe it as "remodelling" the buildup on my days off. Why? Sounds like a waste
Tren is known to lower igf1Hard to say. I don't have any negative side effects at least. I've been bulking and haven't gained really any fat, but I've also been on tren so I'm not sure if it's the HGH helping with the minimal fat gain or the tren lol.

This and of course forever, no stop.Gotta play the long game with growth. Really starts to shine 6-9 months in. Run it as long as you can and just keep an eye on your fasted glucose and such.
This is exactly how I feel.. 10 weeks in and feeling badass!! Getting bloods again next week, so far so good at 4iu. If that z score is still in the low 1’s I might add a couple more IU to spice things up a littleWell you could look at it like this , if you're getting good benefits and least amount of side effects, why wouldn't you wanna have those good benefits as often as you can, especially for the older crowd if the benefits outweigh the side effects I see no reason to come off, I personally am over 50 and absolutely love the benefits that HGH gives me, I honestly do not have any side effects so to speak, none that I'm aware of or that are affecting my daily activities, I don't know maybe it's doing something to my organs but I highly doubt it because I don't abuse it and all my blood markers are well within range and I've been taking growth hormone for about three years now steady, Ymmv

I'm not bodybuilding, all i want is 20 chinups for 3 sets
Through trial and error, my body needs ss31 more than it needs gh
It feels.... Optimized @ ss 31 4x and hgh 2x weekly. Can workout in the mornings and run in the afternoon. Just like in my teens.
Even trt has been taken off.
