How often do you guys take a break from HGH?

Gotta play the long game with growth. Really starts to shine 6-9 months in. Run it as long as you can and just keep an eye on your fasted glucose and such.

I'm only taking a break because I got really bad CTS after switching vendors. Hopefully just a few days to a week and then I can restart, albeit at a lower dosage.

Yup that's the plan. Was doing 5.5IUs a day so will probably start at 2

Well you could look at it like this , if you're getting good benefits and least amount of side effects, why wouldn't you wanna have those good benefits as often as you can, especially for the older crowd if the benefits outweigh the side effects I see no reason to come off, I personally am over 50 and absolutely love the benefits that HGH gives me, I honestly do not have any side effects so to speak, none that I'm aware of or that are affecting my daily activities, I don't know maybe it's doing something to my organs but I highly doubt it because I don't abuse it and all my blood markers are well within range and I've been taking growth hormone for about three years now steady, Ymmv
