How often do you guys take a break from HGH?

Been on for about 4 months now. I heard (probably anecdotally) that you should only be on for about half a year before taking a break?

Gotta play the long game with growth. Really starts to shine 6-9 months in. Run it as long as you can and just keep an eye on your fasted glucose and such.

I'm only taking a break because I got really bad CTS after switching vendors. Hopefully just a few days to a week and then I can restart, albeit at a lower dosage.

Yup that's the plan. Was doing 5.5IUs a day so will probably start at 2
