Wife let me fill the entire house with workout equipment. Yeah, I said let. Rack, bench, weights in formal dining room. Pull/stack weight system in living room. Treadmill in breakfast nook. Rower in foyer.
Before XMas, I have sleeping 6p-2am, and working out 3am-5am. Forgot what my family looked like, but made great gains. Switch to sleeping 9pm-5am and lifting 5:30-7pm. Workouts are no where near as quality, but family gains are significant. Keoking is trying to be less selfish.
