How safe is it to have Tirzapatide shipped to your home address?

I am talking about from a legal perspective. I home brew and never have raws (or any kind of steroid) shipped to my home but I am thinking that Tirza does not pose the same legal problem as shipping raws.

I know that technically it is illegal, but I doubt that the FDA would came after me for 3 kits of Tirza. I could have it sent to my receiver, but I like to save his services for raws. I usually give him $150-200 per package.

Thank you for your thoughtful response.

Personal use, not for resale?

From a legal standpoint, in most states possession of a non-controlled pharmaceutical drug is not a crime. Where it is, it's a very, very low level offense,

From a practical, realistic standpoint you're in no jeopardy of prosecution, period.

You will not find a single example of anyone in the US getting into legal trouble for this. The worst consequence is seizure by customs and a letter from the FDA warning you of the hazards of foreign medicines but reassuring you that you're in no legal trouble.

Some members here have a dozen or more seizures, including of Schedule III and IV controlled drug, all of which result in letters and nothing else. Your small quantity of unscheduled, non-FDA authorized medication is of no concern to the authorities.

There are dozens of legitimate, major lab supply companies in the US you can purchase Tirzapatide from perfectly legally, as long as it's not intended for human use.

Actually it is a crime in the US, but the odds of a lonely person being prosecuted is highly unlikely

It is not a crime to simply purchase and possess Tirzapatide any more than Urea, despite Urea being available in prescription form. .

It most definitely is, there are laws against it. That deal with the transportation of the item and possessing it. Most likely it'll be purchased as a kit, and that can very easily be used with the intent to distribute. You don't need to sell it.

There are federal laws that go against purchasing and specifically being involved in transporting FDA controlled drugs. I'm just saying, if they want they'll go after you. "Not for human consumption" will not save you.

Get it shipped to your house, again if they want to go after you they will. You can try to go after PO box, it's not as incognito as you think

Oops....I must be getting old. I asked this question 6 months ago. However, things have changed. In case anyone did not know, compounding pharmacies were making Tirza/Semi because of the shortage.

Courts just ruled that they can't do so. Of course that mean more soccer moms will probably be going the China route.

It is highly unlikely they'll go after you, unless you're selling and/or causing other people harm. The amount of investigation they would have to do in order to find you guilty is costly. And unless you're a big fish, you're not worth their time.

If it is for your personal use and you are ordering a non insane amount, I would say about a .1% chance of having an issue. At most they would just snag it.

I am a very small fish. I do brew for myself and a handful of close friends.

Some is for me and some is for a friends who is 30 lbs overweight.

Yeah...and send a love letter. I do have about 30 bottles of test I just made.

I say don't spread it around. The more you expand, it may start with one friend then his friends want some or your other friends want in, the more riskier it gets and that .1% climbs real quick.

You might say, just for me and this one friend now, but you can't predict the future. You're more likely to get in trouble for distributing than purchasing. At that point they'll get you for both
