How should I plan this cheat day?

Finished a cut about 2 weeks ago and now just maintaining until I start my bulk in April. Stats are 27, 5’7, 175lbs 9-10% BF. 8 pack showing and all. Currently cruising on 150mgs test e a week. Eating 1500 cals, 200 pro, 100 carbs, about 30-50 fats. Lift 6-7 days a week. Cardio is done everyday post workout. Anywhere from 100-200 cals burnt combination of slow paced and HIIT then end the gym session with about 30min of sauna.

So. everything is pretty much perfect right now physique wise and diet. But now I want to have a cheat day or more like a binge day. I want to set it up so that I can make the minimum amount of damage body composition wise.

Aiming for this Saturday. My plan was to go zero carbs Friday as well as a full body glycogen depletion workout. Then Saturday will be my rest day from the gym. I’ll fast till about 5pm then begin the cheat day and end it when I go to bed at about 11-12am that night. So basically just stuff myself from 5pm-12am. Maybe a large pizza, orange chicken and fried rice, couple donuts, pancakes, chips, and candy. I’ll definitley be smoking some Weed too but no alcohol.

Then back to the normal routine Sunday as well as an awesome carbed up workout.

What do you guys think?

That's not cheat day.. that's a blow out day! haha! For me, cheat days are increase of calories intake. example, if I am cruising at 2300 daily and once a month- I intake 3500 (mostly carbs) say extra cheese cake, or that slice of pizza I always wanted..

But I always recommend to folks--everything in moderation. You don't need to starve yourself of foods you like, just don't stuff your face.. :)

Yeah this seems like an ill advised way of doing it. Maybe throw in a few smaller things throughout the week. It shouldn't even be called a cheat meal.. it should be healthy, but just going over the normal calories and maybe allowing in more sugar than normal. Eating healthy should be a lifestyle adjustment, not just something to run out the clock between cheat days. The fact that you want a big cheat day like that means you haven't beaten your cravings (which is fine btw, most people don't, I know I certainly haven't yet) or you don't care about how much damage junk food truly does to you.

In my very fallible opinion, its better to have a small treat a few times a week than a massive cheat evening.. I hope more people weigh in on this because I'd love to hear how everyone else sees the situation. In the grand scheme of things, its completely okay and no harm will come to you, but in the long term its better to truly beat that binge craving. Of course, easier said than done.
