How stiff the punishment would be for possesion

Hey guys I have always wondered how stiff the punishment would be for say having a bottle of Deca in your possesion and getting pulled over and charged with the possesion of a controlled substance, I have heard alot of different shit from buddys but not to sure myself and I want legit answers not newbies posting dumb answers. Looking around on the Net and I found a few things one said that a first time offense and having anything over 4 Grams is punishable by up to 5 Years........So I guess if you got busted with 2 bottles of Test 250 your screwed, another said that first time offenders dont get anything but a fine and slap on the hand. Having enough on you to consider it intent to distribute is what carrys the harsher punishment starts out at 10 years.........I dont know what is the truth on here but I would imagine your criminal history would have alot to do with your punishment

He had to pay $50 per month to the Probation officer and take random drug tests, not even AAS testing, just the regular drug test. Then he gets the charge expunged from his public record. He has a squeaky clean driving record (no tickets in 20 years), a good job and a is family man. But it is a felony charge on his record.

US Customs told LE that they received an anonymous tip that he was about to receive a package from Mexico. Apparently a re-shipper was unhappy with his boss.

Dude that shit sucks I new a kid from high school that got busted with deca and he had to go through psychotherapy and got probation for a year.

It may be a felony charge, but did he successfully complete the program? If so, he should go back before the judge to petition that the charge be removed from his record.

It's a felony charge. He filed for an expungement last week. It will be removed from public record. But he wants to talk to the DA about getting the file destroyed.

ok, i can attest to this. I was caught red handed with intent to sell with over 30 bottles of juice. 10 bottles od deca, 10 of tren and 10 of test enanthate. I was being watched by the local police for over a month...my good bud, atleast who i knew for years turned out to be an informant (never trust any motherfuckers). They had me on recording, they had my text messages, cell ph records, etc. All in all i was fucked. I had the local police in undercover pull up beside me in a parking lot pulled out their fucking guns on me and dragged me out of my car. Spent the night in jail and got out on bail the next day.
After 30k in lawyer fees the only thing i received was 18 months of probation....i kept my license, was able to travel in 3 counties, and was able to drink alcohol. I was drug tested randomly twice in those 18 months.
Thank goodness i had a great lawyer, but i did a lot of research before my verdict and i read up on major busts and a lot of the guys who got busted didnt get that much time...mostly some jail time and lots of probation.
Btw, that was my first run in with the law in my life...so it was a first offense. Nowadays i go to a doc to get my shit....ill never sell, buy over the net or from a person who i think i know!!!
