How to do DMSO gel for neuropathy?

I have been doing research on new studies to help with peripheral neuropathy. It has affected my hands lately making them weaker and painful. It started in my feet about 2 years ago but was manageable. My bloods are normal, my sugars are great, I’m healthy. But this damn numbness and pain is irritating. I was on gabapentin but I don’t like the side effects. I’ve also been taking NAC, fish oil, l-carn, b vitamin complex, and ALA for several months but haven’t noticed a difference.

I ran into a drug called Pirenzepine that is being trialed right now and is showing promise for healing damaged nerves. I can buy the tablets but in the trials they use a gel that they apply to the feet. It looks like they use DMSO or something similar if not that. I believe the trials use either 75mg or up to 150mg.

So the tablets are 25mgs. And I know I can buy dmso. But how do I go about making my own gel? Is it as easy as grinding up some pills in a mortar and pestle and dissolving them in some DMSO gel? Is it much more complicated than that?

Or am I just being stupid with this idea?

you shouldnt use grinded up pills as a raw material to dissolve in dmso because you dont know ig the tablet filler will dissolve in dmso, and also you dont exactly want anything besides the pirenzepine in your bloodstream.
buy some pirenzepine raws and dissolve them in dmso. look up it's solubility in dmso first.

could be your bed pillow esp if thiccc.

Also takes super long time to heal.. I had sciatica, leg would get pins and needles bordering painful on my whole thigh and 2 toes go numb, ruled out any "pinching" via X-ray and just followed the physical therapists advice said nerve was just impeded or short. so just did the stretches for couple months esp when was feeling the pain, and eventually disappeared despite getting bigger when more issues usually happen. nerves take a long time to heal 6 month is sort of standard sometimes year or more. dont fuck with Chiro they make shit worse unless do physical therapy techniques.. feel any tightness in your neck or upper back? they are legit man went a few times he did some feeling around did some hard pressing around and moving legs around some hard stretches couldn't do myself and was like nothing really I can do and just follow these stretches and it worked... once u figure out the feeling of tightness prior to numbness, it starts to make sense once u get a feeling for it. and can just stretch out the nerves/loosin them if impeded because follow through or close to a bone. well worth the 50 bucks if no insurance and no drugs as got gabapentin too but took 1 and said its not for me even though would wake me up often.

prob can google or YouTube some stretches and strength for ur specific neuropathy. even if feel like u stretch and are strong its the weird little ones and specific ones to free up the nerve.

also add some magnesium glycerinate or theonate as is an electrolyte aswell as helps relax muscles.

drugs are just a cover so really figure out the issue and give it a serious go can take months..

also got a softer bed which helped I think too. but sometimes softer can make shit worse depending.

diclofenac cream is good for pain too. usa prob need an rx. but truly try and fix the issue not mask it...
