How to eat more!!

Yup. A cup of peanut butter in a shake is 1500 calories. I drink a gallon of milk a day- 2800 calories and 128 grams of protein. Eating is easy when you drink 4200 calories and 25o grams of protein between those two... otherwise its impossible for me to hit six or seven grand.

I thought I liked peanut butter.

I usually do 2-3 tablespoons, with a banana, 1 cup of oatmeal. I also put in about 12 oz of milk.....top it off...I add my favorite flavored coffee creamer for that added taste.

I usually do 50 grams of protein shake, but thinking about upping it to 75 grams per shake
 
@voltron111 don't know if you're bulking or cutting, but fried chicken man......fried chicken. I eat it when I'm sick of eating clean.

Also salads, with tuna or steak is nice. BBQ or teriyaki sauce on anything could be a great change of direction

Pork chops are also different that seems to get lost in the crowd
 
Greek yogurt with apple slices too... I eat a shitload of yogurt and apples- why? Because foyr cups of yogurt is 80g protein and apples have me shitting like a champ when ingested in symphony with pr obiotics in yogurt. Lots of shitting= no bloated, full, sick feeling so I can keep eating.

I do a shake with 60 grams whey powder, few cups milk, two bananas, cup of peanut butter, cup of oatmeal and maybe some berries and shit. Fills two shakers and then some... pound what's left in the blender and in one shaker, fill that shaker with ice water and drink that on the way to work and pound the second smoothie at work and another shaker full of water. 3000 cal breakfast and a monstrous dump or two.

Damn. That's double the size of my morning shake! My stomach would be a mess all day if I drank that.
 
I never eat the same thing twice in a days time. People get full on retarded with chicken. I could see getting sick of it if its consumed 4 meals out of the day. Except eggs...I love those fuckers.

Like brutus I LOVE milk too. Lots of hidden cals and pro in milk. One bad thing tho a gallon per day will back you up like traffic on the L.I.E. My abortions often smell like milk...which is disturbing:)
 
Plain and simple. How do you eat more. I'm literally gagging halfway through meal 3. It is extremely disappointing. I have tried to eat slow and chew food until it's mush. Tried smoking bud to get the munchies, ended with the same results. I'm litterly debating putting my food in a blender and drinking it.

You're probably trying to go from eating say.... 2,000 calories per day to 4,000 calories overnight. Start by adding 500 calories per day for a week or two over your normal (prior to bulking) daily intake. Keep slowly adding calories until you hit your caloric goal.

I'm new to force feeding myself, but have managed to pack on 25lbs in 5 months, with maybe a 1-2% increase in body-fat. Not huge gains, but I'm stoked on it! Also, GH has also done wonders for my appetite!
 
Greek yogurt with almond butter or pb. With almond slices blueberry and honey. If all else's fails pop tarts have 410. Calories I only do that in emergency situations [emoji6]

The first thing I have to ask you is if you don't like something then why even bother eating it?

There are many many other foods you can eat that will give you the same macros. Micro nutrients shouldn't be a major concern unless you are eating a deficient diet.

Don't make things hard just for the sake of making them hard. It doesn't matter how good the foods you are eating are, if you aren't able to meet your daily caloric and macro goals because you can't eat the stuff then that is a broken diet.
 
I agree with everything on this thread. For me, I add hot sauce and mustard and notice when my food is a little more moist, it goes down easier and I enjoy how it tastes. Some days, I will also add some dirtier calories such as brownies or a cheat meal when I train a taxing body part such as legs. Another thing that has helped me stay hungry is remembering why I am eating what I am eating. To obtain my physique and strength goals! Knowing that my meals and maintaining proper meal cadence will give me the results I am looking for helps me stay motivated, not skip meals, and eat all of my food. I hope this helps! Good luck!

Lean hamburger meat cook it in crock pot cook mix with buckwheat. Beef chunks crock pot add a little bullion msg free. Like said don't be afraid of little sauces makes a big difference as well as onion and garlic powder. Also the chicken cook in crock pot and shred that chicken up.

Start with foods you like. Try different carbs like pasta, potatoes, etc. If you don't like chicken, try another protein source. If you don't like baked potatoes, try preparing them another way. Like @pumpingiron22 said earlier, sauces go a long way too and for the most part, won't hurt you too badly. Search around on the web for recipes and try them out. See what works for you!
 
Try changing meal frequency. Some ppl experience greater satiety with more meals while others with fewer. Liquid calories also tend to be less satiating. Also, eat more calorie dense foods ie PB, oils, etc. Protein has a very high satiety rating so another option is to reduce protein if you're above minimum needs and replace the cals with carbs and/or fats.
