A CUP OF PEANUT BUTTER....damn!Yup. A cup of peanut butter in a shake is 1500 calories. I drink a gallon of milk a day- 2800 calories and 128 grams of protein. Eating is easy when you drink 4200 calories and 25o grams of protein between those two... otherwise its impossible for me to hit six or seven grand.
I thought I liked peanut butter.
I usually do 2-3 tablespoons, with a banana, 1 cup of oatmeal. I also put in about 12 oz of milk.....top it off...I add my favorite flavored coffee creamer for that added taste.
I usually do 50 grams of protein shake, but thinking about upping it to 75 grams per shake
