Hey fellas,

So I'm currently weighing 80 kg, and I guees I have a bf % around 18-20 % after bulking up. I'm pretty happy about my size now, and I def. don't want to be alot bigger. So I guess what I'm looking for is 80 kg with a bf % around 10. I'm going for that ripped look. I'm 178-179 cm in height.

How would you guys go for that, I mean how many kg's would you bulk up to before cutting? 85 or so?

Any input appreciated!

Pictures, tucking in my stomach a little bit.

So I like the size of my chest and shoulders and back. All could gain some. And I need to work on my biceps I know.

So what you guys think, how high should I go before cutting?

did you use any steroid during your bulk? or are you natty. Also what is your diet like when you bulked.

I'm going to guess natural. I would lean out now as much as you can or to at least 12% 4 absish. Then bulk again and repeat.

bulking up and cutting down being natty is the biggest pain in the ass. im a 6-3 ecto/meso that can gain 10lbs or lose 10lbs on command. i would recommend like anthony said drop down to 12ish% and then from there never 'bulk' again. just add 100-300 calories per day all protein and/or healthy fats and slowly build muscle without building fat

Being 10% at 80kg at 5'8 will take some time to achieve. If you are 80kg @ 18-20% bf, getting to 10% at the same weight will require a LOT of LBM to be added to your frame.

Adding that much LBM to achieve your goal weight/bf will take quite a bit of time, so my suggestion is to just cut until you are lean, then continue to slowly add scale weight over time until you add a sufficient amount of lbm to your frame.

At your current body composition you have about 144lbs of LBM. To be 10% @ 80kg you need to have about 158lbs of LBM. That 14lbs of lbm you need to add on to your physique. I think it goes without saying, but that will take some time, a few cycles at least.

My suggestion: cut till you are lean then continue to grow/build muscle until you have built enough lbm for your goal physique.

Chin-up broke it down pretty clearly 14lbs of lbm doesn't happen fast and if your natty it's going to take longer. I added about 10/11 lbs lbm nat over the course of 10 months almost whole year through recomps. Real slow process but was 186 12%bf in the end. I'm on gear now last 3 weeks 30mg dbol ed, 500 test c week I'm up 12lbs probably only half is lbm if I'm lucky but I can see results and I would rather do this n then cut back down to 11/12%bf good luck.
