How to start over as after falling out with family?

I had a couple tickets in my hometown a few years ago they weren't serious but I ended up getting points in my license. Because of that I got surcharges and I'm not cool with my family anymore.

Whenever we argue my family brings up the tickets and we're not cool anymore

I recently got a job and I got licensed as a personal trainer also. My job is just on weekends but I've been applying to weekday jobs also.

I gotta move elsewhere though cause too many people found out about the tickets and also my family does like my gear use and other people found out about it also.

When I am at a new town I'm not as anxious or worried about being targeted or anything.

Anyone here was a felon and turned their life around and started over.

Looking for a felon that turned his life around and you are speaking about a driving infraction being the cause to disproportionate negative results?

You need to be a bit more honest so people can help you out. By tickets do you mean embarrassing criminal charges like public exposure? The results of a "couple" of traffic tickets does not yield these horrible repercussions typically.

It's a small town man and it's just tickets not DUI or accident but like 20 points worth or tickets I really do gotta move though my family does not like me at all they are the type to not get in trouble at all and they do not like me using gear either

I'm just gonna level with you here I checked your post history for about 2 mins and it sounds like you have a LOT of other problems not mentioned in this post.

It's likely that the traffic tickets are the cherry on top for them. Just reading between the lines of your post it sounds like you're more stressed about your family not liking you in general and not specifically about their reaction to your tickets or gear use.

Are you Korean/Asian by the way? If you are then that's a big factor. Asian parents don't tolerate shit like this especially steroid use. The fact that you're not on the streets and can still live with them and are in contact with them shows that they care about you more than they care about their appearances and traditions.

I believe you if you say that they treat you like shit I'm not saying you're wrong or ungrateful I'm just acknowledging the extremely important cultural factor in this situation.

This thread specifically was pretty alarming. I'm not saying that to be condescending or imply it's your fault etc. No judgement.

It sounds like you took psych meds extremely reluctantly and immediately looked for excuses to get off them, one of the big reasons being you wanted to continue drinking? If I had to guess you did not follow through with the protocol and stopped taking them?

I recommend taking the help that you're getting and not running away from everything. Commit to trying medications for the length of time you got them prescribed. Give yourself an actual chance and accept the fucking help you are getting. All you have to do is take the fucking pill and accept the appointments. If you're an alcoholic disclose that to the doctor so they don't put you on something that makes your brain explode.

If you're psychiatrically fucked up (once again it is not your fault or a moral failing on your part) there is no advice anyone can really give that is going to stick. You need to go to a doctor and get on a med that can give you a reasonably functional brain so you can think clearly. And yeah the first med might not work, just stick to the protocol and be patient. Hopefully one year down the line you look back and go "holy shit how did I manage to get so far with all this fucked up shit in my life".

If you wanna use gear cool whatever. Maybe lower the dose and don't fuck around with Tren and Deca. If you're going into the military you need to get a TRT script period the end and never touch UGL gear ever again or completely quit steroids and wait for your levels to recover.

That's a different topic (quitting steroids/military) I guess you can think about down the line. It sounds like you found a new job and got the personal trainer qualification so well done, one step at a time.

Yeah I know man I am Asian well here's the thing the tickets aren't that serious but like it's a small town and I gotta move asap somehow people also found out I do steroids.

I've been in touch with the DMV and I will keep mailing them I already took the defensive driving course and also I am trying to see if I can take the driver improvement program

All of this bullshit is over a couple of tickets I never had an accident I'm being completely honest. It was just speeding tickets but like 5 of them over 3 years ago so yeah 20 points I know it's fucked up but I've been in touch with them tbh also the DMV knows I never had an accident or DUI also but like I said I probably gotta move to a different state. Also I haven't had a ticket in 3 years but points take forever to go away

I work on weekends but I applied to Wawa and quickchek I have some interviews next week. The tickets won't come up on a background check but yeah anyway just gotta stay focused and just move man

And yeah I'm a licensed trainer actually I got a couple interviews this week just need to show up in shape and work on my cardio

That's like super important I know also that's the other problem like I wasn't lean I know it's stupid but being lean is like really important for social just gotta move somewhere else u know

I can't imagine my family disowning me over some traffic infractions. If that's the case they don't sound very tolerant. At the end of the day you are born into your family and some people don't get the greatest roll of the dice. I have jelous, disgruntled siblings i don't communicate with and they will probably never change. No need to overthink it.

Yeah that's what I'm saying like when I talk to people I know who are actual felons they laugh at me over this bullshit. But the only thing is I can't be a cop in my hometown I will have to move if I wanna do it

I'm still eligible for army cause there's no misdemeanor but it just takes time u know

Honestly things got better since I got licensed as a trained and got a job now I just gotta move

This guy is full of shit. Don't feed the troll. If you are real PM me and we will speak frankly and openly. I'm not full of shit, will be giving you my phone number on the PM to speak. No keyboard warrior crap LOL. You have been spied out big bullshitter! LOL :)

(addition, should big bull shitter actually PM me and we speak by phone I will post this happened. I love calling out bullshit)

Traffic tickets are more serious than u guys think with only a few I'm not able to do Uber anymore but they won't show up on background check unless it's for a driving job

That's why I've been so depressed but besides my family is abusive anyway I prefer interracial dating and hooking up in general so once I have enough money I will cut ties with them

Thank God I'm working now for at least a few days and I got licensed as a trainer

It's hell having those tickets man smh damn near ruined my life license can get suspended for just points even though there's no serious violation

Gonna have to move out of the state by the end of the year which I will

No need to dox yourself any further.

Unless you're working 60+ hours a week at those places, you're not going to be able to afford an apartment on your own. Are you in school? Do you have any close friends or a significant other you can live with? To share the bills/rent/etc

Seems like you're old enough where moving out of your parent's house is appropriate. Not because of any disagreements, but because you're an adult now.

Yeah that's the plan man I gotta move they aren't helping me anyway and they really got a problem with me using gear like they are really rude about it

Yeah exactly yeah I did get accepted as a transfer student I'm 30 now I'm hoping I get some financial aid anyway that's really my only hope through that I can get a better job and also I am hopefully moving soon

Gonna be super careful not to get in any trouble man it's hell on earth especially with my family my own dad is a piece of shit tried to snitch on his son for steroids.

U know the posts on here have been accurate like I was born here and my parents try to act tough but like I'm past the age for that shit

It takes forever for points to go away?

Not in my state. 2 years.

Almost all states are gone after 3 years.

What state?

You get 2-4 points per speeding ticket depending on how fast you were driving.

And technically they're reduced by 3 points per year but there are a few programs that can take off 2 or 3 points just by sitting through a 2 hour lecture on safe driving or defensive driving.

I used to have a heavy foot and been through all of them.

You started a thread over some speeding tickets from 3 years ago?

Weird to blame some old speeding tickets or steroids. Def something else going on, probably coming here to get us on his side (maybe by not telling us some potentially shitty things he did).

But also from the few details we do know: parents trying to nudge him out of the nest (he's 30 years old), not good job prospects (basically gas station attendant-level), trying to finish school. It's an expensive area of the country. Other mental wellness disorders that someone posted earlier in this thread. Et cetera
