Basically you have to position dumbbells as if to curl them but swing hard as if performing a supinated front delt raise?
^^^ Exactly . Hes doing them correctly with DB"s thumb forward , then he turns them before pressing . Correct . Thanks Mayne , I tryed to find a video in time but couldnt , you did .
So I tried this swinging method and I must say I do love it for two reasons
1. It saves a ton of energy and effort. I used to pop them up with my knee and that alone was taxing and a balancing act.
2. The swinging motion and going straight to a shoulder press crosses over the inertia and helps dynamic effort on lift off. So no more help on the first rep.
70s I normall struggle with but this method made it so much easier. Good looking out
