Hello everyone!
Just a quick hello in this new member area so I'm following the forum's protocol properly. I'm from AZ where it is hot as shit and you can cook steak by leaving the pan out in the sun for 20 minutes, bake your cookies if you so choose by leaving it in the oven aka your car.
I'm 27 years old, working by being a legal drug dealer and no I cannot get your drugs for you, I'm on here for the same reason as everyone else Height wise, not too good only sitting at 5'6" but it's okay, when your dad is only 5'2" and mother 5'0" what do you want me to do with my fucken genetic ehhh? Training on and off for the last 7 years, started seriously over a year ago. My diets has been very good for the past 1.5 years, I'm eating mostly lean with good amount of veggies and mostly chicken breast + fish. Weighing right now around 188-190lbs with BF (last I measured 210lbs 21%BF) so I would guesstimate I'm around 16-18 right now? I'm not big on setting heavy numbers in the gym, just focusing on form and increase the difficulty of the exercises with negative or pause, etc... to make it harder.
Anyway just a quick intro before I jump into First Cycle and ask you guys questions about my darkpath into AAS cheers everyone
