46M, 190lbs, 6' 4", 17%bf (skinny fat), decade plus of weight training with all the normal bumps, bruises, and major setbacks. Back issues prevent me from performing compound movements so its all isolation.
I have taken a few SARMs years ago, and am currently on Reta to help curb my appetite. Never pinned anything IM before, just subq.
I plan to reach a maintenance dose of Reta, and then add HGH. Possibly enclomiphene or primo (w/test) down the line.
Goal is to slowly drop bf% to get closer to 12% and to stay above 180lbs.
