HPTA recovery Proof? I tried....Dr. Scally???

You are missing the point.

If a "TRT" dosage of 250mg/wk with a peak TT level that approximates 2k ng/DL yet you STILL FEEL LIKE SHIT, then TT or HTPA recovery is NOT your problem!!!

So what do you propose?
I am still dont feel better probably because i was very low and test e makes 4 weeks to feel it.

Bc a "TRT" dosage of 250mg/wk should generate a peak TT level approximating 2k ng/DL yet you STILL FEELING LIKE SHIT, then TT or HTPA recovery is NOT your problem!!!

I have read that test e takes time to reach peak levels 4 weeks at least
I am hypogonadal so my levels were lower than natural levels so that it si why i havent felt better yet. I am 19 days in therapy

I did see that second link on google. Actually looks like a legit recovery. I say this because in 2012 he posted more blood work with sufficient levels. I might give it a try since I have the stuff. I am going to my endo, actually an american, in June. I might talk with her about his recovery. What he did was different from scally's power pct. Might follow that regiment instead but I need to buy letro. I will keep you posted. The only thing I hate about TRT is the up's and down's.

Sorry to bump an old thread, but I am planning to do a six week 50mg/day Var only cycle and was looking for some advice before I start. I read that there is no aromatization so a PCT for estrogenic related side effects is not needed, but that it will suppress natural testosterone production.

It seems like a few of you in this thread have encountered this problem and I was hoping to learn from you all. What PCT can I take to keep my natural test production from falling off after?

Thanks in advance!

You haven't read one post in this entire forum have you? Because if you had spent more than 30 seconds on here before posting, you would know that the cycle you are proposing is an absolute joke. Read the stickies, get over your fear of needles, then come back and plan out your cycle.

I have actually done a lot of reading and a "joke" cycle, so to speak, is exactly what I am looking for. I do not want to jump in with both feet when my experience level is limited to personal research. Although Anavar isn't going to give amazing results, I feel more comfortable starting off with something that I am less likely to mess up.

I understand something like this seems like a waste to the vets, but I am fine with lower results for lower stakes right now haha

The stakes are the same for everyone when it comes to AAS.

Anavar will shut you down. Will you recover? Anyone's guess.

You Gotta ask yourself is it worth risking for a 6 week oral cycle? That's never recommended anyway even as part of a fully planned cycle

A Var cycle for natural TT production what's the point as the results will probably be a wash.

Before you run anything, define YOUR BASELINE thru blood work, which includes a TT, LH/FSH and E-2 level.

Then we may have something objective to discuss.

Post a COPY of the lab work ANY physician would have obtained, bc I find it absurd how over the past 10 years, countless less then 25 year olds have suddenly discovered they "are low T".

Whats your TRT dose?

What signs and/or symptoms are you looking to "improve" with TRT?

Hi all,
Its been a long 3 years, close to 4 actually.
As many I was ignorant to what Steriods could do permanently to me. I was aware of gyno, I was aware of high blood pressure, increase heart rate, acne, aggression, depression, etc. I was not aware of shutting down permanently the HPTA.
After finding out from a blood test I had low testosterone I began endless research. I had done a cycle that lasted 7 months or so using HCG sometimes in it at 500 iu a week. I did it irresponsibly. I admit. I did it with stupidity.

As my journey started I seen my local doctor and requested an endocrinologist. He prescribed clomid for 3 months. I did it and just ended up back where I started which was "normal in the relative range". 294 was my last TT. Way to low for a now 28 year old. I got in touch with Dr. Scally. He made me feel confident that I could recover. He suggested 5000iu of Vitamin D and Clomid 25 eod till vitamin D was at optimum levels. I did as he suggested.

A month later after my last dose of clomid, but still taking 5000iu of Vitamin D, I still fell very short. Take note I was off steriods for 10 months before I discovered I had very low T. I was 24-25 years old.

I researched endlessly to find a success story to move forward with Scally's HPTA restart protocol. And let me re-assure you I can find anything on the internet. I had hoped it would at least work considering my age and my lifestyle of healthy diet and fitness. But failing to find a success story I gave up and started TRT. I was tired of feeling terrible and weak. Embarassed by my sex life was the worst.

My point here, I do not doubt Dr. Scally's intelligence. I am grateful actually. What I am asking for is 1 true success story. Just one story of a true shutdown and true recovery of HPTA to reveal himself and provide solid evidence because I have settled in for the long run of TRT.

Dr. Scally, please feel free to jump in and shed some light if need be.

Thank you everyone.
Blake

Take a look at my thread and give it a read. I went from almost nothing 75ng/dl to almost 400ng/dl after years of being on. Idk if it's a success story or a dumb ass one but either way it's true and I feel fortunate for how far I've come and I hope it may help you.
