I am a 40 yr old although sometimes feel 70 (back, shoulders, etc.). I have been in the gym my entire adult life and am in decent
shape. 6-1 ,205# ,15% bf. Over the last couple of years things are kinda going backwards due to stress ,age, etc.
I,ve been around the boards for a few years, read a lot and tried a mild test cycle.
My goals over the next year are to replace that extra 12lbs of flab with the 15 lbs of muscle that was taken for granted when I was in my 20's.
My diet and cardio are in line. I am looking for the best cycle or cycles. I would rather have slow keepable gains/low sides, than do it all at once
