Im taking a second attempt at HST and I just want to make sure I understand this correctly. For a 2 week cycle, lets say the 2 week cycle at 10 reps, since you figure out what your 10 rep max would be, would the only time you work to failure would be that last workout of the 2 weeks at 10 reps? All the other sets and reps are working up to that?
