Humalog or GH first post workout?

I can't remember which is best taken directly post workout? Humalog 'Slin or GH. These two are like peanut butter and jelly.

I used Humalog by itself pre and post workout and didn't notice any benefits. If you're not using GH I wouldn't use it.
 
You were not using it right then.

I take my 6IU of HGH when I get out of bed in the mornings; you make your own at night so why not space out the dosage.

Then after working out I take my Humalog with Phosphagen HP and get my post workout meal ready to eat. Also a protien shake has been made and being consumed on my drive home from the gym. A lean, clean meal is the key, you don't want a ton of carbs or fat in this meal. Remember you're about to upload goodies into your cells so keep it as clean as you can.

Slin by itself will cause growth and weight gain if used right. If you don't use it right you'll gain fat and could kill yourself.
 
I used insulin with HGH and didn't notice anything. I took a post-work shake with 1iu of insulin with 60 grams dextrose, then 3 cans of tuna fish 1 - 1.5 hours later.

I hope that was a typo on the amount of insulin. You should see SOME kind of results off of 10iu post-workout. Also, taking insulin before a workout (as you previously stated), is extremely risky.....could be deadly!!!
 
1IU? I take 15IU in, was 20IU (10IU 2x ed)

You could take it prework out as long as you eat something or as you said it could be deadly. I here the pumps are nasty if you use it this way.
 
I've got my schedule to take 2iu's in the moring upon waking and then another 2iu's post workout.

I'm not sure which to take post workout, the remaining 2iu's for the day or the 10iu's 'Slin.

GH induces IGF-1 from liver which creates a sensitivity to 'Slin making 'Slin more potent after GH. Plus GH raises glucose levels in blood by itself.

I couldn't remember if there were any competing chemical pathways if 'Slin was taken first.

I'm going to take the GH immediately post workout and then the 10iu's Humalog.

Actually they are both very beneficial to take post workout, i would say that the slin being a little bit moreso... After a workout take 3-4ius of gh and 8ius of slin (depending on your slin doses) but make sure you consume your carbs very soon after your slin shot... With the gh post workout i inject it IM with a slin pin in my tricpes so it enters my blood faster and more growth potenital that way... also i dont know if you have used IGF-1R3 but i love it and the best time to take that is post workout, I have used gh for a long time and IMO the igf blows it away, i gained 5lbs in the 4week cycle of it, using igf with slin can be dangeorus because it increases slin sensitivty by a longshot... Timing is everything if stacking them both togheter or all 3 in my case... But anyway I would take the gh and slin post workout so your body goes right into a anabolic state which it hates to be in post workout...
