So, this was my first order from Hutech or any other source.
My package was not one of the ones that were evidently seized. So, it did in fact arrive. It arrived Monday, 5/8. So, 7 days from the date I ordered.
However, it appears
@PanamaVet beat me to it when it comes to a review of this sources current practices. I received an identical envelope, with a paper carton inside, vial inside of the carton identical to what is pictured above. His shipping envelope was in better shape than mine, though. Mine basically looked like someone tried to crumple it up into a ball. The paper carton that contained the vial got fucked HARD during shipping, but the vial did manage to avoid breaking somehow. I could upload photos if my phone wasn't such a piece of shit, but they'd show essentially the exact same thing as the photos above.
I ordered Test C, which did appear to be cloudy on arrival. It was "crashed" I assumed, so I double bagged it and put it in the sink in hot water for a little while, followed by laying the vial between two hand warmers (hot hands) for a while. Probably an hour and a half total between the hot water and the hot hands. After that, the liquid (Test Cyp 250 in GSO, presumably, hopefully) was completely clear. I didn't see any debris of any kind in the vial.
On to the vial itself. The glass was apparently made well, because it survived what appeared to be days of a brutal fucking while it made its way through USPS. This was not the case for the stopper. The rubber bottle stopper (the membrane you stick your needle in) and the aluminum lid were basically as shitty as the packaging this all came in. The membrane was clear, thin, flimsy and leaky once you've punctured it just a few times.
So, to summarize -
1.The order did arrive within the 5-7 days as he said.
2.He responded to me in a timely manner every time I tried to contact him.
3.The shipping packaging was just.....I mean really? How could anyone possibly think this packaging is ok? I mean, one little 10ml glass vial, covered only by its own thin little carton, tossed down in a shipping envelope and sent on its way. No padding whatsoever and nothing to contain a leak if the vial were to break. Zero fucks given. It's irresponsible and disrespectful as fuck to ship something packaged like this to someone else. Do you just not give a shit when someone's shit gets smashed because of your shipping practices and/or starts leaking in shipment because of the shitty lids on your vials? You do realize almost all of this shit is a controlled fucking substance. Have some sense man. Fuck. I mean even a tiny amount of padding of some kind would go a long way. Simple, common sense, easy fix. Didn't even bother.
4.The vial's lid and stopper/membrane were pieces of shit. Label was nice though lol
5.Once the liquid was warmed up, it did appear to be clear and visually consistent with other Test C in GSO that I've had. That said, I'm doing blood work in a few days and I'll post results.
6.I experienced a very mild feeling of muscle tightness/soreness about 24 hours post injection, which for me is pretty common. Otherwise nothing to report.
It's shitty to have to leave a review like this. Dude seems reasonably friendly and responsive. Shipping was reasonably fast. Price was good.
It would have been so simple to just use decent lids on your vials and to ship things like you have absolutely any sense whatsoever. Could've probably been a successful source here but have probably blown it now.

@hutechlabusa - I want a refund too, for the piece of shit leaky ass vial and the completely unnecessary amount of risk you put me in by shipping something in bullshit packaging like that to me.
