Yes and we cancelled those. we reshipped others and some of them already received their package and some are still in transit.
I cannot blame you people for all these thread posts here. Been resending those orders that didn't come and some have arrived and some are still in transit. Regarding the letter received by clients, you do not have to respond to that letter. That letter relates to the power of the post office to seize the package and then destroy it. It will not flag client's address as well. It is the sender that should be determined for it to be investigated. Again, there has been a bad situation that has happened to several packages and we are working to fix them by resending those.
Hutech stocks are still low to none. But we have other brands like Ultima and Beligas. Ultima is international and ships up to 2 business weeks should there be no delay. Beligas has 2 shipping options now. There is international which is like ultima international delivery time. And Beligas domestic (USA) takes up to 7 business days to ship.

I'm not so sure about addies not being flagged especially when they have 2 domestic shipments seized from you and have received two letters.

I said this very early on in this thread, you are not a good source. Very dangerous to order from a source with your mentality.
You have no idea how to ship illegal shit. You don't take this seriously enough. I've ordered from many different sources and never seen the lack of care you display when it came to shipping, it's mind blowing. Domestic seizures??
This might be a newsflash to you but most American's like their freedom. Your lack of consideration into that side of things negates what brand of illegal test your sending.
What do you mean finished? We just restocked some of the items yesterday. And yes we got other brands available.

Your time here is done. Surely no one is stupid enough to order a thing from a source that gets DOMESTIC packs seized.
Rest assured that you will be reminded of that everytime you decide to bump your pathetic thread.
I completely understand your perspective. Our company will fail if customers end up behind bars. Because of the bad situation that happened, we had to take action and measures to make sure that the clients get what they paid for. I don't think I need to list everything we do here to make up for the unfortunate circumstances that occurred. But rest assured that we communicate to settle orders and take care of clients.
Honestly, we did what we had to do with the packaging but it didn't do any good either. And throughout this issue, we had to make several necessary changes.
Clients may have different reasons for choosing to order here, even if there have been an unfortunate circumstance that occured. It's also worth considering that circumstances can vary over time. People may choose to continue ordering here based on their personal experiences.
Anyway, issues have been addressed with customers via email and dms.

The only thing resolved was you got my money & i got investigations letter... i definitely dont want you sending anything else to my address but resolved isnt a word i would have chosen.

Waiting 4+ weeks at this point. 2 domestic seizures. 2 letters from the postmaster. Waiting on a response since Monday after being told I’d get one in 24 hours. 20 emails in total since the end of April. They offered a discount on their site but if I don’t receive my order why would I ever order again? I did see other members commenting for weeks that the packaging was sloppy and this was going to happen. Looking for a solution not trying to neg the lab but there’s gotta be a better solution or better communication for us that have been waiting over a month.
It is my belief this is not a good source/vendor. Dealing with this group will lead you to disappointment and dissatisfaction. There are far too many vendors on this forum that provide much better options without the risks of legal issues.
