Placed order last Friday. Yea it was at night, sure I get that. I get that you guys don't do anything on weekends. What I don't get is why it's 7:00 pm Thursday night and the mailing service is still waiting for the item, oh yea and this is "US domestic".

My order was never shipped and that's according to the mailing service tracker and your own website. It never made it past domestic processing. mailing service status never changed from "awaiting item" from when I first got the tracking #.
