I wasn't going to even bother but since there was a big price increase on split orals now, which normally I wouldn't cry about but since I ordered under the false pretense I would be receiving scored orals and not "the new batch", I think it's worth filing a formal complaint.

Never was it announced or advertised that you needed to switch manufacturers or were going to include non scored orals in the product line up. Every single prior order and all of the testing I had seen was on the scored orals.

Most recently, I made a pretty large purchase of orals because I was very satisfied with the variance, the customer service, and the scored colored coded tabs.

To my surprise, I didn't receive split orals. Even though every single oral I ordered had scored tabs available per one of your more recent product lists.

There are a couple issues with this scenario:

1) it's very very similar to a bait and switch because you did not announce to members that you would be selling non scored orals and changing your offering completely
2) after the fact, you claimed that you would include them randomly in customers orders, which let's be real, is bullshit if you're now going and hiking prices on scored orals by this much
3) I did not receive what I thought I was ordering and instead received a completely untested product from a different manufacturer

The ONLY thing that is putting my mind at ease? SSA must use this same manufacturer because everything is identical, lol.

Question:
How will you remedy the situation if the new orals don't test appropriately? For folks that ordered before you made the announcement, I think you would owe them their choice of scored orals since they got jipped anyhow thinking they would receive something they didn't (scored vs unscored).

Thanks for this. I was considering trying them out but I will hold off. The whole point of using a source on MESO is the testing and accountability. Looks like they pulled a Q, except instead of saying we are sold out after they got your money they just said "fuck it send them the new untested product". "don't worry bro we will test it" and if it comes back with a wild ass variance "we will get you back on the next order".

And yes, scored is a huge plus. But for me, the tested vs. not tested is a bigger factor. Especially when they have touted the test and displayed it that was done by Sampei and their own.

My Experience so far:

Paid Oct 26, received Nov 20 to USA... Advertised at 7-10 days.

Order was incomplete.
contained all oils,
BUT I had two kits of peptides ordered (should be 20 vials total), but only received ONE vial of each, so two vials total, not a kit lol.

Reship was then supposed to be sent last week (told it would be 100%), but after no tracking for 8 days I followed up today to find it had not been shipped yet...

New package contained orals, so I contacted regarding desire for split & awaiting confirmation.

Not a perfect start to say the least, but I am hoping for a positive ending!
I speak only objectively so take my experience so far as you will.
Will update, and hoping to receive products asap to review...

Exactly! They had a massive surge of sell due to my and their testing of those orals. We all know it but now damn. No tested orals and that price hike without any real reasons as they keep saying RAWS but RAWS for non scored pills cost less magically? How so?

I received my first order and was pretty satisified with the service, BUT all orals were the untested, non split version. The lack of transparency is something I really don't like.

Raws increase in price and split orals double. Non-split ones stay the same. The only reason this makes sense is, if you do not produce it yourself and factory A has different prices than factory B, right?

That is extremely bad.... So you sell one product (tested) and sends another one (untested), then you increase the price of the tested, which makes everything worse, as it reassures that everyone was misled and ended up getting an inferior product.

The good communication is going downhill at same speed as prices are climbing up...

If you announced a GB:

The package will be sent directly, no need to wait. (That's what it says)

However, it's been over a week and items haven't been dispatched yet... If you have any problems with inspection, etc you must hold yourself accountable to that, because we bought immediate shipping.

I'm exposing my perception as a customer that was happy, but sounds like the success and greed is is taking over communication and customer service.

With those prices and issues I don't see any advantage over SSA and QSC.

But how much more do yall pay for the special raws with scores in them?? Sure sounds like they’re a premium product……

But seriously, would this have even been brought to light without someone here asking why they got ones without the score??
And now, it’s a priority to get them sent to be tested?? If a customer has had time for them to be delivered, they could have been sent to Jano just as quickly.

HYB, you need to be transparent about these things. It would be so much better to lay it out before people start opening packs and seeing that they didn’t get what they ordered.

Yea so the entire point is like mentioned by many we were demonstrated the potency of one particular product yet sent product of unknown quality, only thing our sir @Yura(HYB) can do yet would be to test the new batch which when we check SSA thread looks like even better quality variance however until we know we have to reserve our opinion and continue to push for what we paid which was one particular tested batch so cheers

It's not really about weather the tab has a score.. it's just the scored tabs are the ones that tested great. It's the fact that the tabs he tested had an amazing variance testing which brought. A whole lot of attention and customers.. then switched tab makers without telling people.. I can almost garentee the new tab maker is not as good as the one he had.. I hope I'm wrong...

Oh I know. I was just being a smartass because Yura said the price increase was due to the raws going up. But one set doubled in price and one stayed the same. As if they aren’t both using the same raws.

Really my biggest issue is that they know people are buying because of the great variance testing. Yet they ship out another tab from a completely different producer, without testing it. And it doesn’t look like there was any plans to test it until the community began to call it out

Yesterday, after a long discussion with their manager, I was forced to make the difficult decision to stop selling grape seed oil and increase the prices of Split Orals. In fact, I had mentioned several times in the past that the stored raw materials would only last for 1-2 months, and I knew price increases were coming. However, I didn’t expect the price hike to be this high. Originally, I planned to stop selling Split Orals entirely until I could get new raw materials at a normal price. But recently, more customers have shown interest in Split Orals, so I didn’t follow through with that plan.

Only products made from the factory’s original stock of raw materials have had their prices adjusted. For example, many products like DNP, Cials, Arimidex, and T3 remain at the original price.

Additionally, we’ve been working on a large-scale testing plan since mid-last month. First, we’re testing the peptides (which are already on their way to Janoshik). We planned to begin bulk testing of unsplit orals after receiving the peptides, but due to this sudden situation, we’ve had to accelerate our testing timeline. Lastly, we will test the oils.

This is unfortunate. I was extremely happy with the product that i recieved with my first order. I dont understand why it would be difficult for the new producer to simply change the die they are using to score the tablets.

I don't necessarily care about the oral split or oblong shape. Non split round orals are fine. What info like is color coded tabs that have extremely tight tested Jano variance
