It sounds like the best advice is to not submit new orders until shipping resumes. And your solution for shipments that cannot be shipped should be posted here. What are the options if shipments are further delayed?

So at this point if our shipments are not going to be able to be shipped in a timely manner can refunds be offered for now? A lot of us have already been waiting for close to a month with very little info about the status of our orders and at this point I’d be happy to be refunded and move on.

I am talking about all of these problems that have occured. the shred injectable, the other injectable with the literal food dyes in it and 0 real stuff, the severely underdosed dnp. so as long as we test em we're getting a refund right? but it's all good if half of the products are messed up? I ain't talking about the refund part on if you find out that it's a shit product or not. I am sure people want a consistent source that delivers the said product and not a 50/50 chance of getting good stuff / bad on each delivery.

Just placed an order Friday so I’m assuming this will be affected by the freight issues? If so it’d be nice to know ASAP so I can go with a different vendor. It’s peptides and oil
 
Packages that have been shipped are not affected. Today we will count the product packages that have been successfully transferred from the freight company. For orders that can be shipped, we will arrange shipment from the new freight company first. For orders that cannot be shipped temporarily, if the customer is unwilling to wait, we will refund directly.
