View attachment 321341I have a ~$2100 order that hasn’t moved since March 6th. I’ve been told that it’s stuck at the airport due to the “trade war”. I’m not sure how legitimate that claim is, but I feel like I should be receiving a reship.

“if it’s seized by customs or there is a problem with transportation it will be reissued free of charge” is their words.
Latest news:
A total of 1,000+ packages were detained by the US Customs (packages from 3 flights, including 200+ packages from our company to the US), and 200+ were released yesterday morning. 200+ packages were released yesterday afternoon, and it is expected that all packages will be picked up and delivered by USPS this week. Some US customers should be able to check the latest package updates from USPS. If your package is still not updated within a week, we will refund you.
 
We have contacted the latest freight company and expect to resume normal delivery within a week. Because the freight company was inspected this time, some of our packages stored in the freight company were destroyed before they were transferred, so some customers' ordered products are out of stock. Our sales staff have contacted the affected customers and customers can choose to replace with other products or get a refund to avoid the products being associated again. It is expected that there will be a period of time in the future when peptides and steroids will be shipped in batches from two freight companies.

ive spoken to several aussies with pending orders over the last month.

In fact, i havent spoken to an aussie who has successfully received an order or a live tracking number this month.

First order of Oil and Tabs arrived in the UK in 13 days.

Communication was clear and quick, despite the claims from brand new accounts that have been in this thread the past week or so. I understand there is problems with carriers atm but if you’ve got a problem just contact Yura, no need for all the fear mongering.
