Driving me crazy too, communication with chinese vendors is mostly ass. Dunno what is wrong with them. It is like they only read half of everything.

Due to customs issues in Australia, most of the parcels from Australia are stuck at customs. A small number of parcels have successfully passed customs. Generally, they will pass successfully within 2 weeks from the beginning of inspection. If there is no change within 2 weeks, it is basically detained by customs. If it exceeds two weeks, we will communicate with the customer about reissue or refund according to the agreement before ordering.

Australia will ramp up inspections for a while after the recent arrests of Border force staff for bribery and passing on internal workings to crime syndicates.

I’ve had 2 orders this month show up into Aus.
One HYB & the other SSA.
Both ordered the start of the month & showed up in 2 weeks.

Only Smaller orders peps, tabs & oils.

I had an HYB package with an aus post tracking number sitting at "pending" since the start of the month. Yura kept up communication, package appeared to be stuck on their side and one of the affected packages mentioned. discussed reship/refund options. obviously I was getting annoyed like everyone else.

Anyway it turned up delivered on my door step yesterday, all accounted for no missed or opened products. tabs,peptides and oils.

I do think HYB are making the effort but im sure its hard when there is dozens of us impatient meatheads hassling the shit out of them, I got mine, hope you all get yours.

We will resume when everything calms down. For the time being, HYB will only sell peptides. For customers who ordered before this, we will process your order within this week. If we cannot ship the goods, we will contact you and negotiate a refund.'
