When will you go back to selling oils?

My experience so far.

7 orders made since Feb 15th.

4 orders paid Feb 15th:

All 4 still have not even registered on tracking sites after 6 weeks.

Trying to organise reship for 2 weeks now, Communication is like pulling teeth. Have not received any tracking for reships.


3 more orders made March 9:

Received 1 order march 25th

Other 2 tracking numbers still haven't show up on tracking either.

TLDR;

7 orders since Feb 13

1x received.
6x dead tracking numbers

Obviously won't be ordering again until everything is sorted.

Inject 0.5mg and every injection is red and painfull for 3 days after a few hours

I quit the reta 10 every injecting is red and painfull

Got my oils (1Kit of B500) before the exodus/raid of HYB
Tracking became a bit of an issue and slightly delayed due to the change of courier
(March 14 - Then raid week - March 20 was when they dropped my order to their courier, radio silence for 6-8 days before tracking number was released - March 31 is when I got my order)

Would order here again once oils and tabs are back, while also having a competitive pricing.

He has tracking. Surely you’ve asked for tracking info on previous orders to put your mind at ease prior to making another order lol

Only way to know would be to test it! I will send a sample to Jano and report back to the community,
I have been sent by HYB in the past Test C 300 instead of test E300 but the vials were marked as TC where these are marked as TE.
Will be sending a test this week

Do you still intend to test your Test E

Tracking numbers only start to register once the package enters the country and has passed customs - not from when it leaves china.

Until then, I rely on Yura emailing the freight companies and reporting where my package is

Eg, landed in destination country, completing customs inspection, will be released tomorrow

Or

Flight left Hong Kong, in transit to destination country.

Received order in EU. oils And everything. Took 3 weeks with no Real problems. Gonna report back about thé quality of thé product. (Packaging seems samé as QSC).

But, why order if you havent seen the others touch down? yikes. Thats a lot of consecutive packages without receiving any but one. you're a great customer, thats for sure.

Ask for a refund I was probably in this mess of a situation as well, tracking never updated they kept giving me the run around about an airplane being detained and that they were confident the stuff would get released, it never got released and was never given documentation about the airplane story. Regardless get your money back and spend elsewhere until they can get it together.

I’ve got a very similar situation. No new updates since the end of February. They won’t even consider reshipping or a refund. I wouldn’t buy from them again unless they change their ways.
