I tried different bac waters, adding more water, refrigerated water, room temperature water
Absolutely nothing still cloudy
The only thing was to filter it

This seems to have effected so few customers
That surely this isn’t a quality issue and rather just an unfortunate occurrence on shipping

I sent
Waited a week no reply
Chased up
Told “technicians” couldn’t conclude the issue
Was offered refund or replacement
This was only a minor order 3x H10s

I received replacement but did have to pay shipping

Has anybody placed an international order to Canada? Since the Canadian warehouse is gone, I am wondering if anything is getting through customs from China.

Order update - i ordered several items including 2 kits MS10 and one kit MS40. Paid and confirmed 10/24. Pack arrived today with almost everything except, 3 kits ms10 and no ms40.

I emailed yura asking him to make me whole with a kit of ms40 on a subsequent order of more gh and some other things. Seems reasonable to me. Hopefully he comes thru. I’ll let everyone know how it goes.

Iv made 2 Canadian international orders both got through customs with no problems and arrived in only 2 weeks

That is interesting, i heard someone from canada say a few days ago he had a 2 packs get intercepted back to back. Hopefully they are starting to pull back on inspections, im sure it is getting expensive

I also have 2 friends that each made an order and they both got through, I keep my orders small always less than 5 kits I don’t know if that helps the chances of it getting through customs compared to a big order

Hi, this was the 10 iu 1 ml a new one i mixed.

Attached is the 36iu mixed with 2,5 ml, its still bunk unfortunately. Last picture is after rolling it in my hands to mix. Not good.
