Even largest supplier, QSC, can't do that; it requires immense effort and financial resources. We promise to do our best to prevent this from happening again. We will conduct regular testing on our best-selling products and prevent this from happening at the source. If we change the raw materials, we will test them. We welcome more customers to test our products, as this will help us improve our product system. As I promised before, if you indicate HYB as the manufacturer in your test report, we will provide 50% of the testing fee as credit points. If the test results are unsatisfactory, we will reimburse 100% of the testing and product costs.
