I just switched to the latest H10 batch(blue top new label design)... debated not using them until there was testing... but decided to send a vial tonight.

As far as I remember, we were the first to launch the HGH36iu with the yellow cap and have maintained that status ever since; we will also be launching the HGH50iu soon.
will you be testing the 50iu before you start selling them to avoid a similar issue?

This incident has caused us significant losses, but frankly, it's extremely difficult for us to test every batch of all our products. Even largest supplier, QSC, can't do that; it requires immense effort and financial resources. We promise to do our best to prevent this from happening again. We will conduct regular testing on our best-selling products and prevent this from happening at the source. If we change the raw materials, we will test them. We welcome more customers to test our products, as this will help us improve our product system. As I promised before, if you indicate HYB as the manufacturer in your test report, we will provide 50% of the testing fee as credit points. If the test results are unsatisfactory, we will reimburse 100% of the testing and product costs.

I appreciate you explaining, and maybe there is something I do not understand here, but surely you are making very good profit from each product batch you buy? Therefore that would make testing a very insignificant % of profits?
Therefore, yes, testing everything will cost much more than not testing. But the cost gets easily absorbed by profits. No?
Surely you realise the value of testing. If so, you must also understand that if any vendor starts testing every or most batches before selling them, then customer will flock to them. Leaving all the other vendors behind.

I would pay a little more for a tested product from HYB, as long as it's a fair reflection of testing costs.
So you can pass some of the testing cost on to the customer. Of course, accept some of the cost yourself.

There is no reason to raise ANY price.
Stuff is tested now, the price is already set.
Stop being a fucking bitch, these sources already make hand over fist.
Here's another perspective for you—yes, you've just suffered some losses. Money, effort, and the trust of customers and potential customers.
This could have been avoided with a good testing policy.
None of your competitors are implementing anything like this, in my opinion, but it will help to win and win back customers.

Satisfactory testing should be reimbursed 100% also, in exchange for you to be able to use the reports, seeing as it is difficult for you to do and it reassured your customers.
QSC regularly share customer test reports, which is as good as them testing it themselves IML

Received my third order from yura.
Everything packed nice and the healing peptides are very potent and work great and Reta. Hgh was yellow tops for 36iu and clear when I mixed.

Personally, I think the reasonable middle way is to offer a product as soon as it’s available.
Make clear if testing is in process.
Those willing to buy untested are free to do so, deciding for themselves whether they’re comfortable with that.
Those who want testing before buying can hold off for the results. Obviously @Yura will be incentivized to get tests done asap to capture those sales.
I think QSC has a decent model for this. A small discount for “pre-testing” purchases, and the price goes up a couple of dollars after good results (and some vendors lower the price if results show a lower quantity or purity less than anticipated).
No one should have a problem letting customers decide for themselves. Nobody’s being forced to buy untested, or wait for tests to come in when they feel they don’t need to.
The most important thing here is disclosure as to whether something is tested, and particularly if there’s a change in batches or suppliers.
This info could be incorporated into the price list, the way other vendors do (hyperlink to test results, no link=no test).

I think the issue for many of these vendors and why cap colors don’t matter is they are functionally drop shipping these products. They order from their factories. Have them sent to us from a central shipping processor and they never touch the product therefore it’s faster for us to ship and test the products than they can. Also who knows if our products tested will match whatever their next batch from whatever factory they are using on the next order will be.

The packaging is a decent clue. I don’t think they’re copying each others small details, like the label design and exact box.
But you’re right, the sad fact is we can never be certain what we get is what was tested. You’d have to test your own kit, and I hate to say it, but even that’s no guarantee every vial in that kit is correct. One has to accept a degree of risk with UGL, and one of the reasons why some will pay the premium for pharma. You’re not going to get a vial of Sema mixed in with your Serostim.
