Did some recreational lifting, natural from 17 yrs old till 29 when first tried hgh for back injury. That was in late 2000s and the doctor was a friends uncle. Friend was a ped user. That was when i first saw things like test e, proviron, nolva, clomid. The guy was buff, but -

He never did leg day, so bench was 350lbs when squat was 135lbs. That kind of turned me off steroids and just went for the hgh with the intention to heal and thats it. My best squat was 405lb @ 67 kg bwt. After my back blew out never went close to that.

My first shot was 3iu. Felt hungry afterward and went to a long john silvers. Must have eaten like 20 chicken strips. I stopped hgh after the 3rd shot, cause i was finally getting somewhere with the pain or lack thereof.

I think, after that hgh and 1 year of doing my own rehab, i decide to try snatch, clean and jerk again. Get as close as possible to previous numbers, then quit. That was before and close to when crossfit started. You might not like them, but i think even with the rocky start they were good for strength sports in general - look at all the fancy equipment and shoes we have now. They also use peds.

I hit my old numbers, but letting go of deep training was a mistake. Some guys can't just get by on basic strength training alone, things get out of balance, more injuries follow.

I'd thought i'd compress everything with the band squat / normal squat method. Sure, I'd get strong, but i'd start trying harder with other things, pull a hamstring, pull a delt, bust my lower back. There was not much improvement until kneesovertoes guy. Now I squat real smooth, but the enthusiasm to train is gone. I don't get back spasms FROM squatting, i get back spasms from crash diets or medication. My form can't make up for age.
 
Then, there's this thing with cramps. You see, the way i take creatine is different from everyone else. I truly believe everyone does it wrong. I can get by on 2 grams the whole day, everyday. But guess what, huge dangerous cramps. Once i was sick with coughing fit. My abs cramped while i was doing 110 km/hr on the highway. Luckily no car behind. I just stopped in the middle of nowhere, released the seat so i could lie down and stretch out.

Do you dissolve it completely?
Do you know how to dissolve it completely?
Do you know how to deactivate it?

All that just for creatine. It works, but in a specific manner.
