If i told you that you are going to damage your self for good if you do not stop because I have several cases that I am currently dealing with right now due to this habit.

There are worse things in life....
You could have a low libido like a lot of us....but I would listen to HAN, I think excessive masturbation could be bad for you, get a girl and bone away!

start forcibly varying ur technique...different strokes n positions...the more chronic and specific ur masturbation style, the more difficult it is to get needed stimuli from a human partner, making u even more dependent on masturbation for release.
to break the cycle of compulsive masturbation, vary ur masturbation...it will open the door to enjoying stimulus from a source outside urself...a partner.

If more sex w/your girl friend or wife doesn't fix the problem see a counselor or be happy masturbating and having sex. Some can do neither.

everything is a matter of proportion, and too much of anything is stupid. it's one thing to be anguished about masturbating at all (masturbating is indeed natural and normative), but it's perfectly valid to be concerned about masturbating with obvious, non-pleasurable compulsion, or to learn that one can ONLY orgasm via masturbation or via sex acts that slavishly mimic one's masturbation style. I work in a prison, and theres a guy here that will litterly wack off for 6 hours strait. no breaks or anything, he will even eat his dinner while wacking it.
