been cutting for 2 months now and i'm just totally drained!

i feel weak, tired, and weak, and tired!

the time has come for another bulker!!

I TOTALLY UNDERSTAND!! Last night, I was really struggling for the reason....a reason.....not even a good one.....to why I was putting myself through this. I am tired, miserable and unsatisfied until I practice posing. Although I am so tired that posing hurts, I find I am enjoying the results more and more. I keep my focus on the contest in 6 weeks.

Hang in there Bro. If you havn't made it to your destination yet, don't give up. Its easier to just quit....but thats what the general public does....and thats why they look like shit. Disapline is something you can't teach or even preach....its something you struggle with everyday. the results are worth the effort.
 
If you're dieting with low carbs and you're constantly tired, your fat intake is most likely too low. up it a bit and you'll feel better.

Yeah they do suck, I don't compete but I diet every summer for the pool and beach, when everyone's looking at you and checking you out, it makes it worth the pain! Would not want to be smooth and big for the summer.

I finished my diet on May 8th that started on January 12th. I'd never been so focused on a goal (bb contests) in my entire life. I did, though, get burned out severely. Now, it's somewhat of a struggle to get back in the gym like I need to. But, it's summer time and I can't be a douche bag at the lake! Back on the diet today!
 
Yeah dieting sucks. I have a show in December and will have 16 weeks to not look forward to. Eating all the goodies i can now, and come August, only diet food for me.
 
Man, don't suffer... do the no carb thing... I've been on for a month now and feel fantastic. All kinds of energy, etc.

(if you are, what the hell, dunno, it works GREAT for me... but then everyone is different).

I can't do normal diet for shit. Makes me feel horrible. No carb is just freaking fantastic. Can't be beat.

That may have been the culprit....I personally would need at least 2 grams of gear to hold any muscle on me during a low carb diet, I don't respond well to those things at all, but thats just me. What kind of diet were you on Satch?
