Bro when it comes to juice in the mail, ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS use your real name. First off, if you're caught accepting the pack, you're busted, regardless of whose name is on it. Secondly, accepting a pack under someone elses name or a fraudulent name is just another charge they will hit against you; mail fraud, and it will probably be the most serious charge of the case. So, I say if you're caught, you're caught, using a fake name will only make things worse.

1. Never use your real name. Your statement is a load of shit because that means I can order drugs and send it to whoever I want and have them arrested. Obviously there is no proof they ordered it so it would get dismissed if the DA even wanted to prosecute. Anyone can send anything anywhere. The gov't knows that already.

3. If you're caught, you're not caught. The cuffs might go on but in court, things are much different. Using a fake name is called your alias. You're allowed to have one. Almost every inmate I saw who was prosecuted had one LOL.
2 years ago I went to a pick up my pack from my P.O. box. I used a different last name on but still showed real I.D. and everything for and was popped 5 seconds later and was charged with possession for sale of a controlled substance. They knew my email address and had the W/U transfer I had made to overseas. Pretty simple bust. If they want you, they will watch you and the next time you have it in your possession or make a sale, that's when they will pop you. But thats if they want you. The amount I had made them think I was a dealer but it could also look like 4 cycles for personal use, but they still wanted me even for the lowest possession for sale amount (there are different amount and much higher bails) and thought i had more to give up. Too bad I wasn't a dealer and the judge denied the DA's plea bargain of 1 year in the county jail. HA!
