My quads are my go to. My first two cycle all I pinned were my quads.. no lie. Then added in glutes. To this day those are still the only two sites I use.
 
Well week 6 has begun today, it’s been about 3 weeks since I stopped the dbol.
So I started a 2 week run of 20mg dbol/20mg winny.
Adex at .05 e3d.
First dose was today before my workout.
Full dose 1 hr before.
On my 3 days that I’m off work and can go to the gym, I take the full dose an hr before going to the gym.
On the 4 days I work, I will split the dose between 9am and second dose at 3 pm, and try to get in cardio for 30 mins after work.
I’m gonna keep my diet the same, maybe even reducing my carb intake very slightly as we progress thru the 2 weeks.
I’m gonna continue the NAC morning and bed time, 1200 mg total ed.
I use the Tudca when I cycle off the orals, and in between oral cycles, along with 1200mg of NAC.
 
I looked back through the log. Tt looks good for 300mg of test. You can probably drop the adex to .5 x2 a week unless you are getting bloat or sore nips. Hard to say how the dbol and winstrol will affect your estro
 
blood markers look good, kidney and liver markers look good. E2 is a bit low.
How much test are you on? How much AI?

I feel better about moving forward since I think I understand the feeling with my adex and my e2 better. I know what getting too high is , and I also know what to low feels like.
I brought it down really fast with 2 straight days of 1 mg, followed with a .05.
I was gonna follow that up with .5 the next day but I could feel it dropping, so I backed off a little, and then readjusted.

I also didn’t know at that time I could take a couple days of nolva, to block the receptors in the chest/breast while the adex got a foothold.
However I knew almost exactly what my e2 was gonna be.
I knew I was still a lil low because I get some headaches when I’m too low.

I know me jumping around with my adex before the blood test doesn’t give us a great base to jump from, but when facing the possibility of tits, I needed to know lol.

But I feel good this time, not exactly counting calories but I have reduced them to just a cup of oats, scoop of protein powder, cup strawberries, cup blueberries, and 2 bananas every day, first 2 meals of the day. Everything after that is protein and dietary fats.
Mainly beef/fish/chicken
Coconut oil
Olive oil

raloxifene is great for combating gyno as well. On that 20mg of dbol are you as sensitive with the gains as you are the side effects?
 
Those labs looked pretty good. Envious of your e2. At 300 mg/week test with .5 adex eod I was barely able to keep e2 down below 40. I must be ultra sensitive. Im having a hard time finding my sweet spot. There was a point during my last cycle where I felt absolutely amazing, libido was through the roof and everything just felt good, and I should’ve had bloods drawn right then but I didn’t. And then hormone levels changed one way or another and I haven’t been able to find that spot again. When I increased and added compounds into my cycle I just upped my dose of adex by default. To be safe, But maybe I shouldn’t have. Never had Gyno symptoms even when e2 came back at 64 after one blood test. I see what some of you guys meant by chasing the number. I see what some of you guys meant by chasing the number. It doesn’t work. I’m settling back down into a low TRT dose for 8 weeks (150mg). @Worf What’s your opinion on holding off on AI altogether unless you show or feel sides, despite maybe having high e2 in bloodwork?

Some power lifting guys like higher e2 for joints. Bodybuilding guys like it lower to keep bloat down. i think 25 is probably my sweet spot.
I wish these females could hit my veins easier, as I would prob pay for about 4 of them in a row, so I could nail down how much adex I need on dbol.
I get that figured out and I be golden!
 
So we are at the end of week 1 today of Orals.
So far been pretty good. Nice energy. Excellent pumps. The scale hasn’t moved but I have put on a little more size, and my abs are slightly more visible.
I’ve been just taking the whole dose at noon, when I work, with lunch about an hr later.
And I’m taking it pre-workout on my 3 gym days.

Any thoughts on it being more damaging to my liver to take my full dose compared to splitting the dose?
 
So to steal a line from the possum, this is my thread, ( so I quit cluttering up everyone else’s ) to starve off the rocking chair.
I’m 47 and have had 2 back injuries.
Lived a pretty rough life so the rest of me was about used up too.

Got a injection for sciatica after suffering for 2 years, and it helped greatly. I immediately went to working out. That was about 14 months ago. I’ve dealt with some tendinitis in my ( whole body it seems ) so I’ve had to slow it down a few times.
I decided I wasn’t working to get huge, just wanted to be healthier.
But you know I’ve still got thoughts of size in the back of my mind.

Anyway, did a run of epistane and test last year, and that blew me up, considering I was about 24% bfi at the time.
Due note I’m a short fuck, at 5.5 prob 5.4 if I’m honest.
I then started learning keto, and following it. I then ran UD 2.0 for a few weeks as close as I could to the program. That all got me down to 12’s bfi but I deff lost some muscle It’s been about 9 months since I finished my last cycle.

Now I’m running test 300 mg/wk and dbol 20 mg a day. Stayed low so I could run the dbol 6 weeks. Running the test E 12 weeks. I started week 3 today.

So I’m about recomp more than anything. Keeping a good diet, and continuing to get healthier.

IDK why fail to understand the strain and stress placed on the human body bc of heavy lifting is anything but good, esp in the long term.

Well Doc, to be honest, I’m a little fucked up! I’m wound a little tight and seem to always been the man to do it my way. Never has this benifitted me except mentally. And after 50 years, I’m pretty sure I’m not gonna be having a come to the lord moment, and changing my ways. As you say, it will probably fuck me in the end, but to be honest, I’ve always been that guy that said
“ Hold my beer! “

U know doc, I was kinda sitting here smoking, having a conversation with Willie, and he and I agree with you tho that mass, 20+pounds of mass probably wouldn’t be the greatest idea.
However, if you catch the last couple pages, I’ve come to understand what my body will allow me to do to it. And being huge isn’t my goal. Being shredded is.
Also my cycle is very mild in terms of gear, as 300 mg a week for 12 weeks, with a couple 2 week blast of 20 mg dbol/20 mg winny, both very minimal doses!
I also did bloods between the oral blasts.
I eat a month what I spent on gear/Ai/pct, of good quality food.

And remember just bc your body allows you or anyone else to do it today does not mean the results are wo consequence, esp at your age.

To that end its important to remember a little publicized musculoskeletal fact which is; HYALINE CARTILAGE does NOT regenerate. And hyaline cartilage lines the surface of almost every articulation.

So the amount of hyaline cartilage, it's thickness and distribution are FIXED by around age twenty one. And much like a tire wears out sooner with a heavy load and repetitive use so to will cartilage.

And you and many others might be surprised by the number of Pro BB who have had joint replacement surgery, knee and hip in particular, in their late FOURTIES or early FIFTIES. (What is the average age of patients undergoing joint replacement surgery? - SEVENTY!)

Thus while you might not regret the choices you made at age 47 in a few years, they can become disabling sooner than many think.

Finally since the life of an artificial joint approximates 10-15 years it will be interesting to see how these heavy lifters fare in the near future, knowing the results of a second replacement are rarely if ever as successful as the first.

All that being said at least a considerable portion of Pro BB earn a nice living wrecking their body and thats as it should be in any professional sport.

Man Jim your like the good wolf that resides on the shoulder opposite that other reckless sob. I actually have been thinking about your posts all day!

I’m gonna look into what gear would be the best of the bunch, and am gonna take some of your advice.
Your right I’m not trying to put on 30 pounds, however maintaining my weight and dropping bfi to 7-8% is more of what I’m after, along with good sense of well being, along with a cardiovascular fit body.
I’m gonna trade in the test for sust trt, and trade the winny/dbol in, for some Anavar. Maybe add small amount of deca, for the joints.
Being a healthy food nut has giving me some direction in life.
I appreciate your input!
