Well it’s been up and down.
I had been used to eating a salad every day with all my leafy greens, broccoli, spinach leaf, cabbage, but it makes me swell up like the Michelin man.
So I rearranged my food intake to have less bloat.

My biggest issue is I’m over eating right before bed, and the snack is almond butter, and peanut butter.
Hell im prob eating a 1000 calories of it just by itself. I got to quit buying it. I’m just to weak lol

The rest of my diet tho is on par.
Steak and eggs, Turkey, beef, salmon, cod, and tuna steaks.
Blew 120 yesterday on mainly just meats.

That a boy, I fucking love almonds and peanuts butter. My shakes each contain 2 table spoon of peanut butter and about 20 almonds. However, I find I always eat an addition 2 tablespoons of PB every time I open the jar.

Bro I won’t even lie, I can slam a jar of peanut butter, or Almond butter, even the biggest jar, which is all I buy!

So tomm morning I will get my blood test.
Tonight is my .5 e3d of adex.
So barring any bad things on my blood test, I’m gonna proceed with the test 300/wk. I just started week 5. At the start of week 8 im gonna run the winny till week 12, possibly week 14.
From there I cruise at 200/mg/wk of Test cyp. I cruise till September, and then re-evaluate.
My goal will be to drop my bfi, while retaining as much muscle as possible, during the winstrol, and then look to add lean muscle slowly over the cruise.
I’m gonna put calories at 2500 during the winny, and then bring them up to 3000 during the cruise.
I’m gonna up the cardio during the winny too. Instead of 6 days of weight training, I will do 3 days of weight training and 3 days of cardio.

Well I’m hoping for just some lean gains, 5 pounds all cruise will be fine, and maintaining my bfi over the summer.
I don’t really care for being bigger, but I deff would like to be more cut. My ultimate goal at 5’5 is to be 165 and 6% bfi.

Assuming you are past your genetic limit, you aren’t going to make any gains once the supra physiological levels of hormones leave your system.

Do Not take winstrol. Very rough on joints for older guys, definitely not worth even attempting in my opinion. Add in low dose NPP which is friendly on the joints instead.

The "dry" gains from winny sound appealing but it isn't worth the risk given your situation imo.

Hypothetically I may be several years north of your age and an elite level powerlifter who has tried a whole lot to continue to improve. Stay away from winstrol.

If you want my take on this, run more test and no winstrol, test at least at 500.

You won’t get fat or bloated on that dosage if your diet is on point.

If you want to add another compound add some anavar, mild on the body.

I ran 600 for 12 weeks last Jan.
I however am gonna try some anavar!
Not this time, but probably next.
I’m kinda really set on cruising for the summer, as test improves everything around me that I put effort towards.
So trt dose is really appealing to me, esp at my age. If I could cycle some anavar in there, that would be probably my thing. I wanna drop bf and maintain my size. I’m 150 and probably 14/15 bfi.
I want to be 150 at 6% bf.
I would like to achieve this is 12 months.

As for the 300mg/wk, I amazingly feel pretty damn good, and today’s workout was great with a really good pump.

You can stop taking it. The question is will you recognize that when your elbows sting while benching (this is just one example, could be a lot of different things) will you recognize that it is the winny or will you go weeks before figuring it out and risk injury.

I think the real problem is, when you notice these things it’s usually too late, and recovery is a bitch.
 
I just got done getting bloods. Man that girl stabbed me 5 times to get enuf blood. I was there for 1 1/2 hrs!
I’ve never been someone to have many veins that show.
But it’s getting worse.
Stabbed me in the hand and the biceps to get what she needed.
Wtf can I do to make it easier moving forward???

You could also take a low dose of cialis everyday.. that will help with increasing blood flow and increase vascularity just a bit. Paired with some Eq is money. Also leads to some nasty pumps in the gym.
Let me do some reading on all that.

I see ppl cruise on 200. What happens if you cruise on 300?
Is there a point where you don’t go over?
Second I haven’t much read about equipoise, I do some reading on it.
The cialis is something I could take continuously?
Is the equipoise shut down the system like another aas?
Could a person cruise on 200mg or 150mg test and add a small dose of equipoise with it?
As you can see I’ve only read like 1 article on the compound.
